Make the overhanded grip, try to apply the pressure on the very sides, and to feel the wave of blood moving above your fingers, I’m sure you’ll find how the fingers should be placed with this idea. At lower EL do them SD, at high EL do them going SU or close to it.

I’d say you’re right with the oval shape, but imo going with the result of the jelq (i.e. how the ccs get worked out and how does the jelq feel) will be more helpful to you. The shape of the grip would probably depend on the girth and shape of the shaft, as well as the size of the palm and fingers.

I have done some reading on split sessions and they seem to be fine. Some even say they are better.
I think so too, mainly because it follows the principle of keeping the penis in an expanded/elongated state for much longer periods of time
and therefore you heal longer in such a state, which I think is key.

Starting tomorrow, Ill do a AM / PM routine:
The routine itself stays the same, except I’ll only do 3 sets each split - just like anybody else!
Furthermore, its my first day doing 3lbs.. Im excited! Gosh lately I feel so much extra motivation, this is unreal!

Another note.. I know its been just about a week since I started hanging, but I think my NBPEL is already bigger.
When I held it with both my hands, the glans was just slightly sticking out. Now, it sticks out completely, not touching my upper hand.
This is exciting.. I must be remembering things incorreclty, It has just been a damn week.. Perhaps this is because of the previous routine.

And another note:
I thought my BPFSL was equal to my BPEL. Today, I learnt that this is not exactly the case. I discovered that when I press the ruler right at the base above my dick,
I restrict the skin stretch through it and therefore restrict the total BPFSL measurable.
I measured differently: When I usually pull my penis, the entire base around it lifts up and pressing the ruler on that region presses my dick down, leading to lower measurement.
I stretched my penis, found the edge around the fat pad that lifts up and put the ruler there, NOT pressing -just so that I dont limit anything.
And to my damn surprise, I measured 21 cm ~ 8.26”.

I have to work on my hanger and make it a tad bit more comfortable. For this, I plan to use 1-2” two half pipe plates to even distribute the clamping force applied by the pipe clamp. As it is now, its still comfortable with the weight I am using but I can clearly feel that the pressure is concentrated in a tight spot instead of evenly spread out!

Had some bruising yesterday; seems like the orgasm yesterday brought me over the edge in regards to overworking
Its all healed & gone today - Ill be skipping the morning session and only do the evening session, but it will be a full session (6 sets).

Furthermore, I think I need to adjust my hanger. The pipe clamp works well, for the time being, but I am experiencing coldness and purplish color towards the end of each set, like last 3-4 minutes. Im going to try out the AFB3 hanger and see how that works.
I think I can accept the dark-purplish color, after all, I am hanging weights and it is logically expected… but I dont like that its getting cold. I am not exactly sure what to do about that.
If all my efforts fail, I will try to use the heater towards the end of each set - I know the coldness is caused by lack of blood flow. Well, before I over analyse, I should test the AFB3 hanger, it may solve all that.

Edit: Btw, the AFG3 hanger’s design is ingenious! Im gonna use a wooden ruler for as material for building it..

Full session (6 sets) of hanging today, 3.0 lbs.

Felt a weird type of uneasiness around the base.
First, I thought it was the skin that is stretching so I touched and probed it but that wasn’t it.
It was the inner structure, the inner penis.
Perhaps this is what they call fatigue. Or its attachment stress that I am just now experiencing. Or perhaps its also just because of yesterday’s escapade…
This might be an indication that resting is becoming due. I might take a day completely off towards the end of the week.
If It becomes worse, I might asap. It it stays at the same level, I will consider it fatigue and try to “ride” it..

Built the AFB3 hanger using a ruler as material and a 2 strips of rope. I didn’t have any of those ball-thingies to tie to the rope so I came up with a different solution - I just used a bolt+wing nut and clamped/tied the rope to it, using the bolt+wing nut as my variable adjuster, adjusting by simply rotating the rope around it, adjusting its length..
Overall, hanging worked well, even better than with the pipe clamp - my glans didnt bloat up as much and it didnt turn as cold either.
The darker color was there but that was ok. Overall, there was almost no pressure on the glans, so the hanger is superior.
The only drawback atm is that I have to have my hand floating near the hanger just in case it slips, which it sometimes does, but
that is perhaps because of the way I built it. It just slips a few times, so in my 6 sets right now, it slipped at set 2, 3 in each just once.
I think that’s ok for me. I might tweak it once it becomes bothersome. I might drop the ropes completely, use bolts & nuts instead, make it more mechanical!

Today, I played around with durations of hanging..
I was already 2 sets of 20m in hanging while I noticed something: the discolorization seems to start happening after about 15m of hanging.
So.. I now stop at 15m per set.
Today, I did 2x20m + 4x15, which in total is 1h40m.
To meet the daily quota of 2h, I am going to adjust it a little:
AM: 2 sets of 15 min + 10 min pause
PM: 6 sets of 15 min + 10 min pause
By doing it this way, I get 8 sets of 15, which is 120m = 2 hours of work.
I know I am being very nitpicky with the total duration and just 6x 15m would -for some- be as effective but, hey, I got the time for it, so why not. If big gainers collectively say minimum 2h per session, than minimum 2h per session it is…

I gotto say, that the increase was clearly noticeable.
At the second half of the PM session, I was starting to not want to continue any more, as in my penis was feeling kind of tired and achy.
No pain, just well.. unwell!
Good thing I started out with 2.5 lbs instead of 5.
Straight up 5 would have probably killed my dick!

Another thing I want to write down: In the first few sets, at the sides of the base of my penis I was feeling a strong stretch.
It kinda went away or I guess the base got used to the feel, so it got weaker. In the later sets I didn’t feel it as much afaik.

1) Switched to my pipe-clamp hanger from AFB3 hanger, just to test something out. I modified the clamp a little bit, attached some rope in a new way.
I gotto say that with the 15m sets, it feels as comfortable as the AFB3 hanger with the added bonus of stability (I dont need to stabilize it with my hand) and being able to sit since its much smaller.

2) I changed my mind about the entire no-ejaculation thing in regards to PE.
I have abided by it for like 80% of the time.
In the first few months as I did JP90 and after the JF routine.
During the JF routine, which lasted 2 cycles (6 weeks on 1 off) I did ejaculate thanks to the
start-and-stop routine after every session and I still went from 19.0cm to 19.8cm.
So I think either ejaculating has no effect on gains in general or that it doesn’t affect me.
Most people seem to turtle and get smaller after ejaculating, which is absolutely not the case for me.. In fact, its the complete opposite - its always been the case for me that after ejac, even the day after, I hang much lower/fatter. This also plays into the idea of healing in elongated state.

Having said all that, I am removing the restriction of not cumming.

3) Another note in regards to edging..:
As I edged a bit yesterday, I played around a bit. I wanted to get as much expansion as possible so I cut off outflow of blood by squeezing the base slightly with one hand and using the other hand for stroking. After like a few minutes, I had a ridiculous engorgement. It was never that thick before, even when jelqing erect or other same girth routines.
Perhaps this type of “exercise” could yield me some girth gains.
Ill revisit this idea later on once I have reached some length goals.
For the time being, Ill just occasionally do it just for its effect.
