Note1:
At set 7, minute 12, I thought my dick fell off.. But luckily the rope just broke and the weights fell off. Gave me a mini heart attack.
And it wasn’t even as dangerous as I thought it would be in case it happened. So no injuries!

Note2:
Ok, 7 lbs is where its at. I clearly feel it now. Still cant clearly define fatigue, but base area / base shaft were clearly pulled and slightly burning - a good stretch.

Note3:
I haven’t measured recently and I am feeling bigger for a while now but I think, even if I measured, I would get the same readings…
I just did a two hand hold again but this time with BPEL (meaning while pushing in) and its not just the tip of the head sticking out but a good portion of the shaft as well.
When I hold it NBPEL-style, the entire tip is sticking out AND a tiny bit of shaft/coronal thingy (whatever its called, you get what I mean) - that was not the case a few weeks ago!
I feel like I have grown, even if its just a tiny bit.
I’m excited, I’ll measure on 1st of August and see. Perhaps this 7lbs will enforce some additional gains until then.
Would be very perplexed if I didn’t gain anything. But then again, it wouldn’t bother me since I am not expecting gains at these weights yet.

I plan on doing a little 1 week break sometime soon, probably starting August.

Ehlolol: How’s your EQ after hanging?

I ask because hanging or stretching seem to leave my EQ battered. Everybody’s different - -you’ve made good progress and wondering if you feel like your unit is feeling good.

My EQ while jelqing and pumping are good, so I switched more heavily to these and now hang infrequently. I just do stretching with my ADS (phallosan or PE weights…although my jelqing is a bit of a combo of normal jelqing with a definite s-t-r-e-t-c-h).

EQ is in the range of 8-9 out of 10.
Perhaps even a tiny bit lower, but most definitely not 10 anymore.
I used to have 10/10 when I was doing manuals and lots of jelqs with lots of edging. I can remember times where I feared to kegel at certain points of erections because I thought my glans was gonna explode.

I have dropped girth type of work completely and expected a hit in EQ. This is all calculated by me. I mentioned this somewhere in this thread.
I am basically applying TGC theory, aiming to increase BPFSL while leaving the smooth muscle at rest. This has the effect of EQ dropping in general.
I have my own theory that BPFSL is potential BPEL, I seem to be able to easily convert any BPFSL into BPEl. So I am trying to gain some BPFSL right now…

Yesterday I forgot to also mention that I started giving subliminal audio/binaureal PE a go.
I think its 99.95% bogus, but hey, I also thought that about PE initially. Who knows, I got nothing to lose.

It has 7 tracks for every weekday, I am going to cycle through them, because the author says you should avoid getting used to one frequency/track…

It could very well be that, in case binaureals actually work, this could be a harmful thing - I mean Í don’t actually know what’s happening, the author could potentially also make me suicidal by this - again, in case it actually works!
Scientists say there is no basis to it, they say its pseudo-science! But hey, before they did the studies on PE (the device study), they were also claiming similar stuff.. so who knows..

Anyway, I’ll see!

The routine for it:
- On PE days (mon-fri): listen to it on throughout hanging (thats 3 hours).
- On weekend: listen to it randomly throughout the day and half a hour before bed!

I’m thinking of trying the progressive hanging method with 3 sets (malehanger guy), where
set 1 is max-weight set or even +1 or +2 lbs higher
set 2, 66% of weight @set 1
set 3, 66% of weight @set 2.

I have just read a few progress logs about people that have used this strategy and they gained very well! It seems like 8 sets are not necessary.

First I gotto find my max weight though and second, I need a better setup:
- better hanger (malehanger?)
- weight rack for quick switching/adjusting of weights during hanging

My budget doesnt allow me to get it now, Ill most likely get it next month or the one after.

I am not trying to cut corners; since I am not aiming for lots of gains, I don’t think I gotto invest 2h daily, 10h/week…

Ok, solving the weight rack problem was easy.

I now can use variable weights without needing to waste too much time readjusting weights (need like 10 seconds now instead 5-10 minutes..)

I realized that the carabiner that was laying around was wide enough so the barbell weights dont slip.

I just tied a rope around it, it is hanging free - I can just slip weights on without much hassle. Awesome!

So, as I have mentioned yesterday, I am giving progressive (/dynamic) hanging a go.
I have been doing (relatively-) low weight, high hangtime.
This is now the complete opposite - high weight, low hangtime.
I havent progressed a lot with weight yet, so its not quite high weight.
The weight I am right now at is kind of medium-ish to me.
I think its best to progress with +1lbs for a while until I reach a point where I can only hang 1 set at that weight before I gotto lower it. Then I can say I am doing high weight, low hangtime.

So if Your erection is so hard it hurts is that a good sign ,or not good ,or does it mean Your doing something right?

I was wondering if you think it would be a good idea to hang 19 oz for 30 to 40 min with heat and stretching up down side to side . Then incorporating the penis master pro for 3 to 4 hours?

19 oz seem to be 1.18 lbs.

I dont think thats gonna be very effective, thats even lower than your typical ADS (2lbs on avg?).

And for an ADS to be effective, it has to be worn about 10hrs a day.

But if you got a very weak/sensitive penis and this is already exhausting then it might work for you.

So what weight do you think would be a good to move up to? And I got some of my gains fro just Waring it 4 hours a day. I know that I should ware it longer. I ware and all day silicone sleeve and my unit I rarely ever not extended . What’s Your advice .Thanks
