Hey man :) I would say stay there for a while, I get that pain there (well not as much pain but a feeling of something working) as I jumped the gun a bit on my starting weight. From doing hanger and stuff Id say stay there for like a week or 2 weeks

BIG CONGRATULATIONS on the increase in BPFSL well done :) I would say measure your BPEL too, as my stretched length is a great deal longer than my erect length for some annoying reason. Ahh this is most good indeed, hopefully I will follow suit in a few months :)

Yeah thanks, Ill not increase the weight for a week, perhaps two. Ill see, most likely just for one additional week though. From now on, I might progress with weights every two weeks, since the weights are quite heavy now actually!

Other than that, i forgot to mention that the gains could also be attributed to…
the subconscious programming / subliminal tracks xDD

Not sure, no way to find out either. But the combination of:
- Hanging
- with the documented weight progression
- with light stretches in between sets while warming up
- and listening to the subliminal tracks during each session
… seems to work for me!

So.. uhm.. lately, I have been rethinking my goals - as human beings, we are unsatisfiable arent we >.<
Dont get me wrong, I am very happy with my current size, more than just happy!
If I had an accident, got amnesia through it and forgot all about PE, I would not mind, at all!
My size is very very nice!

But still, the idea of a monster sized cock, even though it is less practical, turns me on beyond imagination. Furthermore, it only seems befitting to me:
Im a skinny-ish type of guy + huge cock + taste for very thick/big woman!
My taste in woman has changed after I started PE and I have not really yet experienced a bigger woman but I imagine, proportionally & visually speaking, a bigger dick would go better with a bigger woman xD
And perhaps be less dangerous for the woman because of all the padding she has… hnggg..!
Man I sure have turned into a size-freak/queen myself - anything I desire sexually has to be big!
Or perhaps my desire was already there, just dormant, perhaps I was not feeling worthy of bigger woman with a smaller dick! Who knows!

So having said all that, my next goals are goals that I have absolutely no hurry to reach..
I have reached a very nice, satisfactory size already with which I am very happy with.
If I can get more somehow, I will take it.
Assuming that gains do somehow stop completely at some point and that point is not before the following length, then I will most likely reach that length sooner or later (over the next 2-3 years??!):

Reasoning behind that goal: Well, you guys know that I have a thing for the 20+cm zone!
My initial goal was to be 20+cm / 7.9”+ BPEL comfortably (low EQ = still usable for sex EQ).
But you could still say I was less than 20+cm if you were not familiar with bone pressing. So, therefore, reaching 20+cm with NBPEL, I can safely claim I am in the 20+cm zone to anyone - just in case if I had to!
That is nice! Anything more I do not really need, since 21, 22, .. does not make much difference to me!
And since I have stopped losing weight and I am just maintaining right now with no plans to change that ever, I can safely assume that my fat pad will stay the same.
Since the current difference is about 0.7-0.8”, reaching 8” NBPEL will imply that I will reach
BPEL 8.7 - 8.8''

Having started out with just 6.5 BPEL, reaching 8.8” is a +2.3” gain.
Its quite a lot and very unlikely to happen. There are only a handful of people who I know of online that reached that much or more.
But lets see how it will go.. Wish me luck :D

I have only been doing this for a short period of time.. 10 months. In comparison to others, its not long.
What are things gonna look like in another 10 months?
Where will I be in 2 years, 3 or 5? Will I still be doing PE actively?

Woke up with pain in my left nut today.

I have had this same issue months ago.

At that time, I self diagnosed myself with blue balls. The other option was

ball torsion but I read that I would know if its that just because of the unbearable pain.

The pain is subtle, not unbearable. So my self-diagnosis was right and the treatment

of ejaculating cured it xD

It further makes sense, since I had boners for

60% of time during the weekend.
