Oh I forgot to write this in my last post:

I would like to know what all the fuss is about regarding advanced stretches.

I will be replacing the normal stretches in my maintenance routine partly with the a-stretch.

And see if it feels any different or gives me any gains - not that I am aiming for it but just to see.. xD

A little update on whats going on.

Right now, I am doing PE occasionally.
My on off cycle is ~1on1off / 1on2off.
I work out on: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

But this is not a fixed schedule.
On one week, I might do 5 on 2 off,
on another, I might only work it out on Monday, Wednesday but skip Friday.
Thats how its going so far, right now, I am “leaning” more towards 5 on 2 off.
I go much more by feel nowadays!

I am doing a very short routine.
I built myself a rice sock and now I am just simply doing 15 x 20sec long A stretches over it
with 5-10 seconds of resting between, doing shakes and whatnot. Obviously I warm up before with the rice sock when its temperature is just too hot to stretch over it.
This takes about 10 minutes.
But this routine is also not a fixed one, e.g. sometimes, I throw basic upward stretch in between each A stretch - these days more often than not.
E.g. this week, I plan on doing 5 on 2 off with 15x A-Stretches and 15x basic upward stretches in between.

I also feel like I got a monster in my pants. Its frigging huge!!
Its awesome! I have so many boners lately, I get fatigued just because of them!
It is a snowball effect - the more I think about how big I am, the more I get boners and the harder they become and the longer they stay - the more I see it, which is inevitable, even if its in my pants.
It looks like my pants are gonna explode!
Furthermore, it now reaches well above my belly button - but only when Im sitting. If I stand straight up it flirts with my belly button - they are one thumb-width apart!

Now about my weight, I am “bulking” so to speak.
I feel like 70-72 kg (~156 lbs) for a 6’ guy is too skinny.
My goal now is to be around 78 kg ~ 171lbs (77-79kg range).
If that does not seem to be enough to me, I might go even a few more kgs up,
maximum 80kg ~ 176 lbs (79-81kg range).
I have stopped working out to boost my weight gain speed.
Right now, I am at about 75-77 kg range, usually measure 75.8kg or so but as always, depends on whether I am completely full or empty.
A gotto note though - stopping working out led to losing firmness and I hate it!
I will resume working out for sure and I will never stop doing it!

Now all of this weight gaining will most likely have effects on my NBPEL - my fat pad will grow for sure.
So I am expecting a bit of a loss there. I hope its not much though :(
For now, as long as its long enough so I can hold it with both of my hands while not pressing (NBPEL) Im fine.
Gaining & Losing weight is a much faster process than gaining penis size.
But I am relaxed about this. When I reach my weight goal and I notice that it bothers me, I can just continue my length oriented PE for a bit longer, before finally starting girth PE properly!
No problem :)

About girth PE routine.
I am also going to keep this one simple and short and go by feel.
My cycle plan right now is the same for girth: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
I will most likely stick with the 1on1off cycle though, since I know its much more important for girth to properly recover! I might take extra days off but I will not add extra work days!
I will be using my cushioned pipe clamp which I used for hanging.
I will do 5 minutes of clamping, 5 minutes of either jelqing or uli’s (5x 60s uli’s or so).
Thats one set. I will do 3 sets. Thats about 30 minutes of work out time.
With warming up and the little rests in between this routine will take about 40 minutes +-.

Hi, I am back again :)

It has been quite some time.
I have not PEed consistently for about half an year, only now and then did I do some stretches.. thats all.

I have lost quite a bit :(
Not sure if it is EQ related (I feel like EQ is bomb, but might not be, my standard might just be low) - but the max length I measure once yesterday, randomly, is about 19.3 cm or 7.6”
I did not really properly measure too, just quickly took the ruler out to see where I am at!

I hope its EQ related and I will gain back what is lost through improving it.
I have also gained a lot of weight again.
This is the excuse I tell myself: My body has lots of energy/nutrients to provide to my dick once I decide to restart PEing…

Well anyway, I am now going to start again.
This time, I will really focus on girth since in my entire PE career, I have not gained any girth at all.
Starting next week, I will be doing this routine:

— basic stretches with kegels:
left right out up 25-30 s
with a twist: dynamic stretching accomplished by varying the pull force by kegels
I think that might have been the secret to my length gains, thats what I did very early on and once I stopped - as I now look back - gains slowed!

— bathmate 2, 3 or 4 sets of [5 min on, 1 min off with light jelqing & shaking]

I will increase the number of sets each weak until I am at 4 and will stay there.
Furthermore, the first few weeks, I will use the pump flaccid, but once every week, I might try erect for one set in the last workout session of the week.

Workout cycle: 2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off (= monday, tuesday, thursday, friday)
With 6 weeks on, 1 week off.
This is just a rough plan, I am not sure how I will react to pumping. If EQ and all is good, I might do a session even on Wednesdays, making it 5on2off.

Btw, I have not forgotten length. I am kind of hoping that I will either regain the length through EQ or that I will passively gain some length through pumping as well, assisted by the stretches.
I wanna be over 20cm, so I gotto gain some length!

Oh, btw. I have lost all size limitations I have put on myself.
I do not care about any upper limit. I will gain as much as possible.
If a pump proves itself a miracle to me, God have mercy on me.
Dont ask me why xD

PS: I will also lose some weight through calorie counting.
About 5 to 10 kg (10 to 20 lbs)

So, just a quick report after day #1.
The bathmate is… tricky to handle! The very first try, I positioned my penis at the bottom of the opening so that it barely touches my balls and that led to my dick curving weirdly when pumping and
sticking to the tube. That did not feel quite right.
So, after 2-3 minutes of that, I released and tried again.
Placed it roughly in the center, but this time, I had problems with my balls xD Because they were not hanging!
I have to find a way to make sure they hang each and every time!
After set 2, I was not satisfied, so I tried out again. This time, I removed the comforter thing to see if there is a difference and I was sporting a 50-75% erection.
It kinda made a difference.
Anyway, I am excited for today’s session!

Oh and I have also decided to do light side to side stretches, before I jump into the shower!

Sometimes you can put it a little to left or right and sits pretty good. Lose the comfort pad though no one likes it.

So, today was the last session for the week.

My routine morphed into this:
1. Short warm up - 30s hot water
2. Basic stretching into all directions (l,r,o,u,d) - hold for 30 fast kegels
3. 3 super sets of:
3.1. 5m ~erect BM ~2-3 pumps
3.2. 20, 25 and last set 30 overhand grip jelqs with other hand pushing fat-pad down

I have been having problems with ball suckage and it was getting worse.
But today, I randomly figured out a way…:
Instead of doing it in the shower, I do it in the bathtub now. It seems like it does not suck up my balls when I lie down and pump. No idea why, don’t really care.

My feelings so far regarding the BM:
It is interesting, kinda nice, not quite sure yet!
Well, I finally have a girth routine that does not cause numbness or pain.
Both of which were caused by high erection level jelqing or ulis or whatever over time in the past. So, I’ll see how it goes.
I am not sure whether it is what I think it is but after a random 5 minute set of BM, it seems like my girth is bigger than usual (expansion) but it has only happened twice so far, not sure how to reproduce it each time! I guess expansion (girth stretching) over time will net me some girth gains. Gotto figure that out!
In the future, I might experiment with longer sets but still keep total time under 15-20 minutes -
e.g. 5m + 10m OR 10m + 10m OR full 15-20m in one set!
Experiments will follow to see how well I expand in each variation!

Question to an experienced BM user (you had gains with BM):
Is expansion important for girth gains?
Lets say I simply continue with the 3 super sets but see little to no expansion:
Will I gain just like someone, who does just 1 super long set and gets great expansion?
Which is better?

Alright, so I have recently read up on Wad’s experience and theories (EtP theory) and I find it very convincing and rational.
And I think he is really onto something.

Thats why I am going to adjust my routine once again.
7 on 0 off.

The main problem with 0 off days is that I must make sure I get no soreness or buildup thereof!
That means, I have to do my girth exercises very lightly.
For BM, this means 1 strong pump max and ~2/3 EQ max, for jelqs - low EQ.
The duration of stretches will be longer than usual but there wont be hard pulling at all!

So, once again, my routine has changed and is effective starting next week (gotto recover from soreness).
The strength used for stretches will be like this:
Stretch out to max length, then stretch out an additional, imaginary 5mm - imaginary because the penis wont stretch more than its max length, its converted into pull force!
I might adjust this once again, this is just off the top of my head

1) few mins shower warmup
2) 2m straight-out stretch
3) 3 supersets of:
3.1) 5m BM: max 1 strong pump & max 50-70% EQ —> avoiding soreness (might tweak it depending on experience)
3.2) 30 over hand OK grip slow jelqs with second hand compressing base/fatpad
4) few mins shower warmup, shakes, time for EQ to subside
5) 4 sets of:
5.1) 2m straight-out stretch
5.2) 15 shakes & kegels

Focus: going easy on every exercise, as light as possible!
Goal: 7 days on.
On failure (soreness, fatigue): adjustment of routine & rest day!

Progression:
every other week:
+15 jelqs for step 3.2
+1 set for step 5
every 7th week:
off

On day 4, I think I kinda overdid it.

Took Friday and Saturday off.

I think Ill go with 2 or 3 on, 1 off..

I might do more on days though depending on status.

You had asked about my experience with the AM, I thought I would respond to you here as I do not want to muddy the positive intent of the AM gainers thread.

I started at the beginning with what was the original version of the AM. This consisted of two forms of movement, the Burst Expansion and Pyramid Rush. I practiced these solely for some 37 days straight, some 30+ hours (2 x 30 min sets per day). I enjoyed how the exercises felt and I believe the process of holding erections for extended periods of time optimized my EQ, even though I have always thought of my EQ as not being problematic. I did not see any real changes in volume.

I believe those with EQ challenges may have the most to benefit from the AM. I believe the motions used are potentially conducive methods for maintaining an erection over an extended period of time.

Janus states he gained while performing the AM under strict diet and caloric conditions. The diet is meatless, lots of fruits and lots of peanuts. The caloric part is that he ate at a high caloric surplus, some 3000 calories daily. I cannot do this, my weight gain would be too substantial.

I do not personally feel if I followed JB’s diet and caloric regimen that I would gain, rather I think my fat pad would just increase.

In summary, from what I have experienced and am seeing; I don’t see any risk for those that trial the AM, I do not see long term volume gains for those trialing the AM, there are potential EQ improvements for those that trial and stay with the AM (for those who see a positive EQ result, volume gains may be apparent).
