Eat more protein, and get more sleep this will reduce any kind of recovery time. If you haven’t done bodybuilding before you will be surprised just how much you may have to eat.

Soo… I did not really want to measure today, was kind of feeling down after last measurement but I had a bomb erection and after it subsided, I said heck, let me do it. I measured my BPFSL and it was 20.6-20.7 cm to my shock - and I was not even pulling that hard, I dont know why.
It was clearly above 20.5cm anyway.
Since I am hanging right now, I cant do it yet either, Ill do one more proper measurement tomorrow… Hopefully my EQ will be appropriately high.
And since my BPEL is identical to my BPFSL (or was? not sure anymore) I can say, I was not delusional with my last measurement of 20.5 cm BPEL - the reason had to be low EQ!
I am still not going to log this though.
Im kind of surprised and it uplifted my bad mood!

Ok, this is absurd. I just measured BPFSL properly with hard pressing and such and I just read 20.8 cm.. WTF happened, how did this go unnoticed :O
This is ridiculous! Im still in shock I can believe this..
So I am basically now about 8.2” Yay!

Btw, just recently I have started to feel this weird type of soreness that stays until the next session. Started last thursday because of which I took the next 3 days off (prematurely, did not PE on fr)
Now I keep doing it since monday even though I have this soreness.. Perhaps this is what they call fatigue?
Its weird to explain since its not the type of soreness you get from manuals. Its like at the base, not the skin but the inner part. You feel it there..
Does this make sense?

I bet some shrinks would argue I’m some kind of crazy!
If they only knew.. if only..!
This is worth disturbing one’s sleep for!
