What made me want to share my experience is a minor injury I just had 1 week ago (the subject will not be the injury though, it’s just the starting point of my progress report).
So I followed the newbie routine : 5 min stretching and 3 min jelqing at first, and sometimes edging for 30 to 60 min.
I did this for 1 month and I think I saw no change in size which is something like 6,8 inches BPEL and 5,4 inches EG (mid shaft). Then I made the wrong decision : I went too fast. I thought I wasn’t doing enough so I started stretching for 10 min, jelqing for 5 min AND added some manual clamping while edging. I have to say that manual clamping is something I already did a lot before starting PE because.. Well, it feels good. I don’t think that clamping in itself caused the injury, but the combination of doubling stretching and jelqing time AND adding manual clamping. The injury haven’t occurred right after my first session of clamping, I don’t remember how many I did before the injury occurred (if injury it is).
But then 1 day I just felt a strange feeling in my penis. It came and went several times a day. It was not pain, just sort of discomfort. It’s hard to describe. Now I’m wondering whether it’s really an injury or just a long “soreness”.. At first, even if it was not hurting, I just freaked out for 2-3 days. But I felt that the discomfort was slowly decreasing and that it occurred just a few times a day (mostly in the evening). I still feel it slightly sometimes, but it won’t last long in my opinion. For the 2 or 3 first days, I thought I wasn’t able to get a full erection, and I hadn’t morning woods anymore. But I think it was just psychological. Morning woods and 100% erections came back fast. It’s been one week now. I haven’t masturbated since, except 1 day “just to see if” I could have a nice erection. I don’t know if I should still wait before starting PE again, I think I will until that slight feeling is gone altogether..
When I’ll start again, I’ll do 5 min stretching and 5 min jelqing + edging for 2 months, then I’ll slowly increase, and add manual clamping in 3 months. But apart from manual clamping I don’t want to do any “veteran’s exercise” at all, even in 6 months, just keep it soft. If it works, great ; if not, it doesn’t matter that much. ;)
I mostly hope length gains, something like 1 inch for the moment. Girth : I don’t want to gain too much, 0,5 inch at most ! My real objective is : not getting disappointed if I don’t see any change (which was the cause of my injury) in the next 2 months, and not measuring too often.
Starting stats (15/07/2017) :
BPEL : +/- 6,8 inches
EG mid shaft : +/- 5,4 inches
