Just finished my routine, same as usual.

I maybe have noticed a slight decrease in my BPFSL. But EQ’s through the roof, have morning woods, and BPFNSL is the same. I won’t post until next week when I’ll measure. Hope that BPFSL decrease is a PI. I’ll soon figure it out. ;)

I just measured: it’s been 1 month since I started.

Now I’m just under the 7” mark, at 6,9 inches BPEL. That’s a 0,15” gain in 1 month. MEG hasn’t changed, still 5,4”.

Up from now, I’ll do my routine at a 2 days on 2 days off rate. Hope I’ll get the same gains next month ;)

Measured again today as I had a killer erection and I hit that 7” mark BPEL. Even in girth it seemed to be a bit bigger at 5,45-5,5”. Of course the difference between today and yesterday is due to a better EQ, but now I’m almost sure those are my max stats. I might start my routine again tomorrow.

Now my flaccid length (non stretched) usually is at 5,1”. I think it was 4,3” before I started PE.
I won’t post my routine as often as before unless I notice something different/injury/other. I think my ultimate goal would be something like 8,4” BPEL and 6” MEG. Not sure I would continue PE if I manage to go there. But there’s still a long way to go. ;)

Just finished my first week with that new routine:

Now I think I can feel that sore sensation on the 2nd day on. But it’s not really uncomfortable. Again, my BPFSL may have decreased slightly (nothing more than 2mm). Last time I noticed it, I saw gains in BPEL when I measured the week after. So it might be a PI in my case. We’ll see, but that newbie routine, even on a slow rate, seems to work well for me. I think that my flaccid length, non stretched, is still growing: measured it at 5,2” today before my routine.

Hi! I’ve been busy and had 3 more days of rest since my last session (a little surplus of rest couldn’t hurt though). Anyway I just finished my second week of PE this month, and still feel that I have to get used to that 2on/2off rate. The dry jelqs may stretch my skin a little too much. I think i’m going to see some nice gains again at the end of this month, so everything’s fine for the moment! I took some pictures a few days ago (I won’t post it though), and my stats were 7,15 BPEL and definitely 5,5 MEG. Hopefully I’ll see the difference when I’ll compare pictures in a few months.

Everything’s fine in my third week this month, I’m getting used to the 2on/2off.

I think that for most guys here, a part of what we call the “newbie gains” is due to a difference in the way of measuring. Another part of those gains would be an increased EQ. I’ve been doing PE for just 1 month and a half, and I doubt I really gained 0,4 inch in BPEL already. I just found the right way to measure and maybe gained in EQ (though I’m young and it’s always been really good). Some could be discouraged seeing that they don’t make any gains in the first months, but they may just have measured the same way since the beginning and their EQ may not have increased. My point is: do PE consistently, don’t worry too much about newbie gains, pay attention to your PI, don’t overdo it because it will slow your gains and affect your motivation.

Third week of my PE routine this month finished. My PIs are fine. BPFSL has increased again. Same thing happened last month: BPFSL first decreases a little bit, then I see some gains in it, which predicts a future growth in BPEL. I try not to measure too often BPEL but I pay attention to BPFSL as a slight decrease probably is a PI in my case. 10 days left before end of the month’s new stats!

I guess I’m an easy gainer with 0,5” BPEL in just 2 months. I don’t really consider those 0,07” MEG as gains, but according to what I’ve read it’s pretty common not to gain anything in girth in the first months. At first I was pretty satisfied with my girth, but seeing those nice BPEL gains made me want to gain some in MEG too. I guess I’m trapped in the PE vicious cycle. :D Maybe I’ll start wearing a cocking while edging after my PE routine to start conditioning me for clamping, what do you guys think? Next step is: same routine 3on/2off.

Starting with the cockring or even doing some manual ULIs while edging is a great idea to condition your penis for clamping. Start off slow.

As for the PE vicious cycle, you know you are a true PEer once this happens. So congratulate yourself!

When PE “sort of” consumes you. You go to the bathroom or take a shower and can’t help but giving yourself some stretches or jelqs. You walk into a different room away from others, put your hands down your pants and give a few tugs. When you try to think of different methods to try and share here. When you go into stores and wonder, will this product made for something else maybe work on my penis? You then know you are a PEer for life. I find it to be a wonderful thing.

I just started my third month of PE today. My routine will change slightly:

- 5 min stretching

- 50 jelqs (5sec/stroke)

- 50 kegels (10 sec each ; I’d like to be able to have multiple dry orgasms)

- at least 20 min edging with a cockring (to start conditioning me for clamping/Uli’s)

- 3on/2off
