Experienced PEer here, my results from new routine
Hey all, I posted here about four months ago, detailing my previous experiences with PE. To summarise, I’d gained about an inch over 2+ years (being 8inches before starting my new routine, four months ago).
After hanging 2.5kg consistently for 8-10 hours a day, I’ve managed to gain about 3/8ths of an inch in length (never measured girth). I took break days whenever I felt like it, usually when some late night party prevented me from stretching in the evening (which is when I get most of it done).
I like to think these are good results, considering my days of newbie gains are far behind me.
