Jelqing as an optional extra. I guess pumping increases blood flow, kind of like jelqing or AM, right? I am also slightly worried with pumping about injury. What are your impressions?
I think jelqing should be your base for any PE, at least during the newbie-intermediate stages. From my own experience, and the posts I’ve read, jelqing for 10min, provides the most benefit in terms of time spent.
When it comes to stretching, I think the ligament gains you can get from it are pretty slow after you are conditioned from the newbie routine.
BUT there are still some slow gains to be attained if you keep on stretching.
Throughout the day I would occasionally stretch, just to ensure my flaccid stays on the longer side (this is on top of my 10 minute heated stretch).
Also that’s one of the main reasons I jelq, jelqing improves your flaccid hang. And so does the angion method (at least burst expansion, thats the only part of it I’ve tried)
I think maximizing the time you stay in a larger flaccid state, helps a lot in terms of potential PE gains.
Pumping is pretty safe, if you condition yourself slowly to it and use common sense. If you are going to pump, get a pump with a gauge (+ a HEATING PAD), so you can monitor your progress. An air pump is not as effective if you don’t have a heat pad around the cylinder, simply because you don’t get as much of an expansion. I started pumping at 2.5hg and built up slowly and I quickly got a significant increase in girth later on. You can scroll up to when I just started pumping to see my reactions. At first this was temporary, but over time it became cemented. I think any girth gains I made past the newbie routine were all from pumping.
I don’t think I’ve gained much in terms of length YET from pumping, mainly because I’m still in the process of conditioning to higher pressures, which i think is required when it comes to pumping for length.
Based on other members posts, pumping for length can be achieved if you are use a more fitting cylinder, and using enough pressure such that your BPEL in the tube pushes past your normal BPEL. I think you can only pump for length effectively after you have properly conditioned yourself to higher pressures which can take months to do.
Lastly, like most posts on this forum use HEAT to your benefit.
