When I started out many years ago, I did the newbie, and later added an extender. My gains the first two years were 3cm length ( 1+qt inch). I happy with my girth, so I focused on length. After those years I stopped doing my routine for some reason, and have had a break for some years, without losing any of my gains. I have started out with the extender last month, and its still fun. My present measurements are BPEL 18,5 cm and EG 14,5cm ( 7+qt inch length and 5+3/4 inch girth)
Good luck, and remember hurry slowly.
Thanks for your input, i laid off pumping this week to decide if I should try it now or not.
Some say, using mechanical stuff will cause you to become more conditioned earlier on, leading to harder gains in the long term.
Okay, sure but cant you just do a de-conditioning period where no PE is done, to combat this?
There is a few anecdotal evidence on thunders, where people have reported up to an inch (or more) increase in BPEL from pumping. From what I read pumping for length just requires you do use a more fitting cylinder.
In terms of maintaining almost linear gains for the first year of PE, wouldn’t it be more effective to switch to a new method, slightly before you “plateau”? This would allow you to not go through a stalling period, of little to no gains, before you realize you should try something else, which can be weeks to months even.
Anyone else have an opinion on a newbie pumping? I am ~5 months into PE
