Feeling Excited for More Gains.

- I actually first started a long time ago, more than a year ago. But it was so hit and miss. I couldn’t find the dedication to keep it going consistently. I would say only within the last 6-8 weeks have I been consistent. I made a commitment to myself. I started off with the basic routine. Warm up, squat stretch, rotator stretch, Jelq, warm down. I did this for a total of 25 minutes. I gained about 1/2” doing that. No changes to my girth.
- So, now that I’ve completed the beginner’s routine for about 6-8 weeks, I’m going to do another 6-8 weeks. Now, I’m going to start with my usual warm up, a variety of usual stretches (either squat stretch, or rotator stretch), but now I’m going to also add the V stretch and the bundled stretch. I’m going to continue jelqing followed by a warm down. I’m also thinking about adding the Power Jelq to my routine too. Additionally, I’m going to add a few more minutes.
- Just as a side note, I’ve been taking supplements to help me continue to get as much blood flow down there as possible. I take choline, saw palmetto, primrose evening oil (gel cap), and a GNC sports vitamin. For lubrication while I jelq, I also use the evening primrose oil. It’s good for the skin. If I forget to take my pills for too long, I know.. When I wake up I don’t have an erection.
- Don’t know how much more gains are possible. But I’ve seen others gain an inch or more in length and girth. If I can get to 7 1/2” in length and 6” in girth, I’ll be ecstatic! Actually, if I can get 7” in length and 5 1/2” in girth, I’ll be okay too. You never know.
