Finally Committing to PE
I’m not really a stranger to PE. Over the last few years I’ve been trying to learn as much as possible, and have even done some light routines on and off at times. I would always get discouraged or impatient and stop after a week or two. This time however I’m making the mental commitment as well as the physical. The big part for me was just remembering that like any routine, results take time. I’m proud to say that I’ve been at it for nearly 6 weeks so far at the time of this posting, and have been fortunate enough to see progress. It’s extremely encouraging and I plan to keep going until I reach my goals, and maybe then some. I’ve also been taking supplements to help boost my loads. Not that they’ve been small by any means, but every guy wants to shoot like a fire hose and now seemed like as good a time as any. I’ve noticed bigger loads, harder erections, and I feel more powerful when I cum. Not exactly fire hose level, but progress is progress.
So here’s what I’ve been up to:
- Kegels throughout the day
- I do my main workout in the shower. It’s already warm, so warmup and warm down basically take care of themselves for the most part.
- Typically 3 days on, 1 day off. So far no negatives, but if I run into any then I’ll be giving myself enough rest to recover before resuming.
- After about 5 min under the warm water I start with stretches for 30 sec in each direction (straight out, down, up, left, right)
- Jelq for 5 min, usually ends up being between 100-150 reps at 2-3 seconds per rep. I listen to music while I shower, so that helps with timing.
- Back under the warm water for massaging the freshly worked material. Not too hard, but enough to get the blood moving naturally
Supplements:
- L-Arginine powder - 3-5g twice daily on an empty (or close to) stomach. I find it’s best if you can take it in the morning and before bed.
- Pygeum extract - 100mg 2-3x daily. Same schedule as your arginine
- Pygeum bark - 400mg 2-3x daily. Same schedule as your arginine (Swanson brand has a 500mg capsule that combines the extract and bark)
- Zinc - 50mg once daily WITH FOOD. Can’t stress that enough. I like to take mine after lunch. If you pop a zinc on an empty stomach you will have fight hard to not feel awful and possibly vomit. I’ve been there and it sucks.
Other Diet and Lifestyle Info:
- Age: 30
- Try to avoid fast food
- Eat your veggies. Especially those with vitamins/minerals to compliment your PE.
- Cut out pop/soda/whatever you call it and any other high sugar drinks
- Cut out or minimize alcohol intake. If you do get wasted, make sure you look out for hung over you and bring your water level back up.
- Stop smoking. I don’t smoke, but this is a no brainer for overall health and also very important for sexual health as well. Your dick will thank you.
- Recreational Drugs: I can’t provide much input here other than I am not a user. I don’t know how this would affect your results.
- DRINK WATER! - Go for 96 oz or more daily. Do not let yourself dry out. Sodium, too much sugar, alcohol, and caffeine will dehydrate you and your body won’t be recovering from your routine the way it needs to.
- Sex/Masturbation: I have sex a few times a week and when I’m not, I’ll masturbate. I’m not really denying myself anything in this department. Combined I would say on average I’m getting off at least 5 days per week.
