Hi Guys I hope you can give me any advice :

Although I am from Italy, I prefer to see follow the English language forum, than the Italian,

I am doing PE since 1 month and half and I did it already for one month in past but I got injured, maybe my penis was too weak.

I do 6 minutes warm up, then 8 minutes of stretching together with 10 seconds of kegel for 8 times, and in the out, right and left direction I see that the pelvic muscle respond better to my stretching, I mean when I kegel my penis pulls better inside, in opposition to my stretch. What do you think about it? I should train more?

Then I carry on with 200 jelqs,, is it a problem if I do it fully erect and at really slow erection level, for me it’s really difficult to control my level erection, so it changes a lot during the exercise, I never had injuries in the last period, it’s the only way I can do it. Sometime I watch a porn to help me keeping my erection. I think it depends also what I eat and if it’s morning how good my erections are, I think that kegels are naturally done for me when I do jelqs. Is all of this ok?

And I finish with a hot shower.

About kegels I had no problems in starting it, I always was able to keep a kegel even for 10-15 seconds the first time I did it, I think I always did it naturally since when I was a kid, now I can do it even for 20 seconds or more.

What do you think I should change in my routine, and if not, when should I add something new to this routine, I am doing this for 1 month and half now, and I am 23.

And last thing. What is the Hot tub you used? Is maybe a pump? Do you suggest me the use of a pump and/or a stretcher?

Thanks already :)

Hi Nik, a hot tub is this:

It’s also referred to as a jacuzzi, which may the name that for it that you’re familiar with.

Carry on, be observant and become as well informed as you can…you have the best available information right here at ThundersPlace :)

Hi xeno,

Hoping you can answer a few more questions on the Bib Hardcore mods. I thought they would be easy.

When filing down the top teeth, did you attempt to maintain the rounded / pointed shape of the underside of the teeth, so that they matched their receiving channels? Reworded for more clarity, I started on the mods, and realized I was filing with only decreasing the length of the teeth in mind, resulting in a “blocked off” tip of each tooth - is the shape on the underside also important, or is decreasing length only sufficient?

Similarly, did you do any filing on the bottom of the receiving channels for the top teeth?

Both of the above points come from my observation that no matter how much I filed down the top teeth, the width of the gap at the top of ribs of the Bib (sounds like Dr. Seuss) is mostly determined by how the underside of the top teeth interlock at the top of the top well of the Bib. Without doing some filing on the underside of the teeth, or the bottom of the receiving channels, that interlock point doesn’t really change.

Also wondering about another observation. With the new splayed geometry, and hanger closed but not tightened, I’ve gotten the angle of the extreme “toe out” to match the photo you provided. However, when I tighten the top bolt, it gradually levers the back end open. Do you observe the same on your hanger? If so, solution is then to bend the bottom front bolt further, so that before tightening, the toe out angle is even wider, and then as the hanger is tightened, the back end is levered open slightly, but ending in the correct angle provided in the photos?

And if it’s not normal, then any ideas what’s causing the back end to lever open during tightening?

Thanks,
BD

Yes, one needs to re=shape the teeth; specifically, take material from the distal face of the teeth as it is there that the teeth come in contact with their receiving grooves and in order to achieve full penetration (teehee :) ) of the teeth, they need to have that contact area shaved down.

Not sure that I understand the question, but I don’t think that I did any filing of the receiving channels…I can imagine it being helpful though.

Yea, pretty sure that I’m not understanding.

Think I’ve got you covered on this one…the front bolt is used to spread the front, which, in turn, compresses the back…the top bolt serves as a pivot point.

Using the front bolt as a spreader will fix that; you’ll have to bend the front bolt at the left connection to the BIB in order to get it to enter the right connection point.

Hope this is helpful; was a pleasure to try.

Best wishes for continued positive developments.

I think I see what’s happening now. I don’t have the zip tie in the back yet. It must hold the back end in position against the lever force.

Need to buy new zip ties before I can test.

Yep; critical component.

Wish we’d heard back from Jack regarding his experience with this mod; please do when you can BD.

Cheers!

Hey xeno,

The zip tie worked to fix the levering. And I’ll definitely update on how all the mods went, and how the hanger goes once I’ve got it working. But I ran in to another issue. I was finally ready to try some hanging. When I added the weight, the hanger slipped down within seconds, every time.

Could you check whether your measurements in this post might also be in the 1/50 inch scale? It would explain the slipping. Currently my measurements for those two gaps are narrower than yours, even though my top teeth aren’t filed as much as yours. Mine are at 7 mm and 17 mm.
xenolith - Finding xeno: a penis tale

Or it could be an issue with my relatively lower girth. But you said elsewhere that these configuration should work for nearly any girth, so I wanted to check on the above.

I’m also wondering how you position the shaft while hanging with this setup. Are you trying to get as high in the hanger as possible? Or do you want to try to get the top of the shaft to stay on the ribs of the BIB? I added 3 lines to your photo of the BIB from the rear. Which line would be the highest point of your shaft in the hanger while tightened / hanging? I was thinking the red line based on your earlier descriptions, but now that it’s slipping for me, I’m considering technique flaws. I tried the other lines and it still slipped, but they seemed somewhat dangerous for the dorsal nerve with the top of the shaft being pinched up into the top well. So just wanted to confirm before I continue possibly stupid self experimentation.

Thanks again,
BD

In the immortal words of the Dude, “That’s a bummer man.” Checked and the measurements are 10mm and 20mm. What may help is knowing that with this configuration, I get a kind of ‘bunching up’ of tissue in front of (distal to the) hanger; this serves as something of a plug to prevent slippage.

I’ll have to get back to you on the question of position of top of shaft in hanger…I haven’t noted that, so I can’t say for sure right now, all I can say is that I don’t try to position top of shaft anywhere in particular, it just ends up where it ends up. But I’ll do some hanging Saturday morning and make note of it and get back to you. FWIW, I doubt that dorsal nerves would ever be injured by any position that one could apply a BIB; I think that skin can stretch to occupy the tight space of the top of a tightly fastened BIB, but not nerves…I think they would stay within the septum…but thinking is not knowing.

One more thought; theoretically, scaling the geometry down toward closer fitment top and rear should reduce, and ultimately, eliminate slippage…OK, two more: the pilates band material increases friction…adding that should help too.

Back to you Saturday.

Diggin’ your avatar man :)

I thought it really tied the screen name together.

I’ll add the pilates band and keep tightening until it works.
