I have been doing PE for about 3 and half months.

Started with the newbie routine but injured myself about 6 weeks ago.

I’m going for the less is more mindset now. The first two months I PEed without any rest days.

I panicked for a couple of days, my penis became numb and 4 days it was back to 90% thank god its back to normal.

My gains in girth came after the injury break. I have been following my PI’s now, morning wood and night wood are a must for gains.

Only going to work on girth at the moment so my routine is

50 X ok grip jelqing about for 3 to 5 seconds

About 5 horse 440

Stretching in the shower

I’ve gained about a 5mm of girth so far. Going for 14cm

One question for the experienced how many days rest until you can measure bone pressed flaccid length?

I’m about 14cm (5.5 inch) flaccid bone pressed at the moment

So have I have gained 8mm from my 13.2cm pre PE flaccid measurement

It feels bigger when I have a piss

8 mm in 3,5 months are great gains, keep it up you are doing something right for your penis. Your question I didn’t quite get. How many days rest before you measure BPFL ? Imo you don’t need rest says to measure. Measure how often you want to, but it is more fun to have some time inbetween measurements to see improvements in «bigger steps».

If you’re checking for true gains take 2-3 days off. So the same over a few weeks. If the measurements are the same, I would consider it true growth.

I wish I started in my mid 20s in the mid 2000’s. I’m 43 now and found this place about a year ago but only started 3 and half months ago.

I have had a major lifestyle change about 9 months ago, I started weight training, changed my diet, cut back on drinking beer and I think PE has been

A compliment to my new lifestyle.

The feeling of night wood is great, now I get worried if I don’t get it.

I have a wife which I have partially explained what I am up too, its hard not too hide it when you spend an hour in the bathroom.

I just measured BPFL again and it is still 14cm 12 hrs later. But will try to measure when I have a solid two day break. Thanks again

Can you describe the injury and how it happened?
I’m trying to accumulate a list of don’ts. Outside of the well talked about ones.

When you say “came in after the injury break” do you mean came back? Or continued efforts pared off? Or did the break encourage the gains?

I never had the injury professionally checked. My own diagnosis was an injury to the superficial dorsal vein

It felt larger then normal, the pain was in the pelvic area. I had been edging and masturbating with a cock ring on.

The next morning I managed a 80% erection but the next few days my penis felt really sore and the dorsal vein I could feel it flaccid and it felt hard. I rested and there was not much EQ for a few more days. The injury lasted a week.

Before the injury I was Stretching and Jelqing with no heat and no rest days for about 2 months. I became Addicted to PE. I have learnt my lesson and have been following my nightwood now and hopefully will Gain because I am intuned with my body

I’m in my mid 20s and I wish I started a few months earlier. Maybe even a year back. I think we all wish that when we start getting gains and PE becomes kind of an addiction, atleast it was like that for me. I woke up this morning after a heavy session of PE last night and I swear I could tell that my morning wood was noticeably longer. And lately, my GF has also started noticing the gains and says that I’m reaching deeper in her.

Also, are you only after FL? Is your EL increasing too?

Going for girth and length, what I have noticed is that I have gained the most in the bpfl length

Feels great having a bigger heavier flaccid penis.

I’m also waking up in the morning same as you with great EQ.

My BPEL has only increased 6mm meanwhile bpfl has increased 15mm

Thats why I posted this to thread to make sure I was measuring correct

I suggest posting some measuring pics to find out if you’re doing it the right way. I was going under to pubic bone while measuring and somebody on this forum pointed that out to me.

For me its the complete opposite. My BPEL is increasing rapidly but my BPFL hasn’t increased proportionally. I haven’t kept track of my flaccid size but visually it doesn’t look any different and I’m glad. I can’t afford to have a big flaccid in my pants lol.

P.S. I like that you referred to me as Mando haha.
