Four months in.
Hello all,
I’m new to the forums and relatively new to PE, in general. I thought I’d introduce myself by sharing progress up until now, as well as the routine I’ve been using, hoping for input that might help me make some useful modifications. First and foremost, my starting stats were 5.2 inches BPEL and 4 inches MEG. I’m sure it is obvious why I was inspired to start my journey into committed P.E. I never had trouble finding sexual partners throughout my teen years and young adulthood. I’m on my second marriage at 30-years-old. I mention this to highlight the issue. All of my sexual experiences, which are fairly plenty, did not end well, because the ones that were honest noted they couldn’t even feel me. As you might imagine, this has been pretty destructive to my self-perception. I decided to do something about it, because even my current wife has had to bluntly tell me why we don’t have sex very often, which is incredibly frustrating, as I’m extremely sexually attracted to her. In December, I started with an extender and a bathmate, along with manual exercises. I worked up with the extender, starting with just 1-3 hours a day for the first few weeks and moved up as my comfort level grew. I am now up to about 8 hours a day extending. I do 3 sets of 5 minutes pumping in the evenings with 5 minute sets of jelqing in between. I then stretch for 3 minutes in 5 different directions twice over for a total of 30 minutes. I take Saturdays off of extending and I take both Saturdays and Sundays off of pumping, jelqing and stretching. As of today 3/25/2022, I now measure at 6 inches BPEL and 4.5 inches MEG. I’m pleased that I had results for these first four months, but I do admit to being a bit concerned with the “newbie gains” concept, as I truly dread these results slowing down significantly. I still have so much to go. My goal is 7.5 inches BPEL and 6 inches MEG. I guess what I’m wondering is this: is this even a fairly realistic goal with where I am now and where I started? If so, any opinion on how long it might take with what I’m currently doing? Any changes I can make to my routine that might help me reach my goals sooner than I might currently be on track for? I want to thank everyone in advance for any replies. I’m glad to have found such a positive community of people on the same journey, even with many being far further along than I am. Wishing everyone here all the gains they could hope for.
