From Skeptic to Believer
I’m a believer. In a fairly short time, I’ve added approx. 5/8” in length and 1/8”+ in girth.
I recently started back. I found PE not because I wanted a bigger dick, when I started in April 2016, I had BPEL of between 8.5-8.75”. My MEG was 5.5” and BEG was 5.75”. Rather, I started because I have been having ED issues and did not want to rely on Vitamin V (which I still use occasionally). So, I googled natural methods to address ED and found jelqing – which led me to Thudersplace and PEGYM. I thought all this was nonsense but decided to give it a try.
In April 2016, I started with the newbie routine which I followed pretty religiously 2 on 1 off. I saw an almost immediate improvement in EQ. After a couple weeks of the newbie routine, I decided I would like to increase my girth, without affecting length, as I was somewhat satisfied with my length, and it could already be problematic at times. So I decided to try pumping and got a Bathmate. I saw an approx. 0.25 -0.5” gain in BPEL right away (within a few weeks – month I was up to 9” even). As for girth, I saw nothing permanent. I got the usual fat pump that looked and felt spongy, but subsided fairly quickly. I kept on the newbie routine with pumping. Additionally, when flaccid the skin on my dick seemed to cover my glans, making me appear un-circumcised. After 3 different women asked if I were circumcised, I decided to ditch the Bathmate. I went strictly by the newbie routine. This lasted intermittently for a month and then, about July I took a break from PE altogether.
Oct 2016 – I decided to come back. Did it for a few weeks then fell off again. I got busy and took about a month off. I noted that my BPEL was still 9” and MEG fluctuated between 5.5 - 5.625”.
Early Dec 2016 – I decided to come back. Been at it regularly for 3 weeks. After reading some other posters and studies, I have intensified my routine (which is primarily focused on girth) in the last 10 days. In 3 weeks, depending upon EQ, I’ve added 1/8 – 3/16” in girth and another 1/8-3/16” in length.
My routine:
- Frequency: about 2-3 days on and 1-2 off. I let my body tell me when to take a break.
- Duration: ~ 60 mins per day (plus or minus) – usually broken up into 2-4 segments. (I read that the biggest gainers in a study worked in 1 hr plus a day and had dramatically higher gains than those who worked it 15-20 mins or so).
- Warm-up: I don’t do it. (Same study showed there was no difference between those who warmed up and those who did not). I know folks will say, warming up is not about the gain, but about preventing injury. If I feel I need to add it to my routine. I will.
- Sequence: it can vary but below is a fairly typical routine.
- Erect Jelqs: 3 X 50 (usually fairly slow, moderate pressure and 80-100% erect, kegel throughout)
- Erect V-Jelqs: 3 X 50 (usually fairly slow, moderate pressure and 80-100% erect, kegel throughout)
- R-Jelqs/Regular Jelqs: 5 X approx. 5 mins each set or take in between Erect Jelq sets (fairly quick, moderate pressure about 20-30% erect)
- ULI’s: 3-5 X 20-30 seconds each
- Horse Squeezes: 3-5 X 15 each (usually pretty slowly)
- V / A Stretches: 3-5 X ~ 5 mins each. I bend my dick over my wrist while watching TV.
- Clamping: 2-3 X 5 min each (light kegeling)
My goal is 6-6.25” EG. As for length, I want at absolute most another 0.5.” I figure I’ll keep it up (pun intended) until I hit 6.25” EG or 9.5” BPEL, whichever comes first. If PI’s tell me I need to dial it back, I will.
