Gained .20 Inch Girth In 3 Weeks

Hi, I started PE on 1 September and gained .20 inches in girth in 3 weeks just by doing newbie routine but gained no length.

Too early to change anything, which is also working.

Stay at it for few more weeks.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Thanks raybbaby, I set my goal of 5.5 girth. I started from 5.1 girth now I am already at 5.3 in 3 weeks. I will continue for another 3 weeks before I do any change to my routine.

Yeah, if you’re gaining, just keep doing what you’re doing. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.

May I ask what your routine is?

I also started again, on September 1st and I gained 0.25” in length but nothing in girth. Although I haven’t really been doing any girth exercises.

Hi, now I am on at the end of fourth week, so my routine is,
6 minutes warm up
9 minutes stretching
18 minutes of jelqing
6 minutes warm down, while doing kegels.
I do under hand ok grip jelqing upwards.

So I am gradually increasing the routine.

I have gained a little bit more in girth again and 0.15 in length.

Today when I measured in morning it just brought a smile on my face when I saw some length gains. So I wanted to post it today.

Hello, I am a bit concerned and happy with my gains. I measure my penis every day. I have no negative psychological indicators. Today morning when I measured my girth was 5.5, lol.

I just wanted to know from some one, are these any temporary gains in the starting or are they permanent.

Because I have reached my goal of girth and yet to achieve length goals. I am planning to change my routine for more length and stop jelqing.

It was the complete opposite for me. It’s been a bit less than a year since I started with PE, and my size has increased from 5.9” to a whopping 7.5” when fully erect (BPEL) with basically just the newbie routine slightly altered to my current level. In my first 3-4 weeks I gained 0.5” But girth gains? After almost a year, 0.2/0.3” at most, now sitting at 5.2”. And damn, did I dedicate to jelqing more than anything else. All my BP gains were from manual stretching, that I did in the most lazy way possible while watching YT videos or doing some other shit on the internet. I’m taking it up a notch and starting clamping, let’s see how it goes. It shows us how genetics affects PE much more than we might think.

You are right, everybody is different, I think I am bit hard to gain length and easy to gain girth. I have stopped jelqing completely so not to gain more girth as I am happy with 5.5 inch. Now I only do stretching routine and doing some study on the forums for information.
