Quick answers: I feel it’s due to your lack of stretching, but also due to natural variations in measuring. See below. And I would much rather take a 7.7” w a 5.75” girth. If I couldn’t go balls deep in most girls I would cry. Good thing my dick is nowhere near having that problem lol. 8.5” just seems a little much unless you wanna go into porn or if you don’t like straight pounding it - that’s gonna hurt some bishes.
Measuring your dick can be a very tricky thing. I hope you’re doing it consistently each time (ruler in same exact place on fat pad every single time, etc). This is something I worry about often with members of these forums. Many people who report gains in length, etc, measure inconsistently, some want to see gains so bad that they pull the ruler further and further up the fat pad when they measure. Not in any way trying to insinuate that this is what you are doing - rather I’m just bringing it up because I feel measuring is an extremely important thing to master, harder to do properly than we all think and really I’d just like some members to read this post in the future and maybe they’ll focus on better measuring.
That being said, judging from your progress report and reading your posts, you seem like an intelligent guy, and I fully believe that you have ‘lost’ length. Maybe my story can shed some light for you. I’m currently injured from jelqing, and masterbation inflames the injury. So I’ve literally gone since September of last year masterbating as little as possible (also stopped all PE since then). Slowly but surely my libido died down (I’m in my young 20’s) and I stopped getting frequent erections, morning wood, etc (because I was not touching my unit and splooging 2 times a day like I’ve done my whole life prior to this). Last month, I got out the ruler to measure and to my utter shock (and soonafter depression) I measured a FULL .25” less in erect length, and this was with a RAGER. My dick was so hard lol. I couldn’t believe it. I measured for the rest of the week and got the same results. One of these times I decided to measure base girth and found that although I was .25” shorter, I was also .25” thicker at the base than I ever have been (5” BEG, when I have NEVER in my whole entire life measured over 4.75”, and I’m not doing PE or naturally growing anymore).
I even made a few posts on these forums, like you have now. I thought that perhaps my dick was atrophying because I was never touching it and never ejaculating, which is not natural or healthy to abstain from. So I jacked off once a day for a few days, let myself watch some porn and stay erect for a while, etc. Sure enough, thankfully, within a few days I was back up to my original length (but unfortunately also went back down to my original base girth, lol). My point is, the penis is a tricky thing and it varies a LOT. If you don’t use it, you lose it, and I experienced that personally. Not touching my dick for months at a time made it retract (although temporarily). My guess is that you are just experiencing natural measuring variation. Sometimes you’ll have a 10/10 erection and measure less than your 10/10 erection a week ago. It just happens. Don’t overanalyze it, but it’s good that you’ve noticed it. Keep an eye out. Maybe you need more (aka, stretching), but also maybe you need less (overworking can = retraction). Or maybe it’s neither, and just a natural measuring variation. Keep these possibilities in mind, experiment and with time you should be able to enlighten yourself as to the culprit.
