I was recommended to this place by a friend. He said that, within 2 years, I can get to 7 inches and he knows of guys who’ve done it. So, here I am.

I’ve always been insecure about my penis size; so, might as well take care of it now.

I’m start out at 4.5in length and 4in girth. If I get to 7in, I’ll be happy.

I already read the article that says smaller guys have quicker gains; so, I’m excited to try this out!

I’m gonna start with the beginner’s routine of just stretching my dick down, up, straight up, to the left, and to the right. I think I’m gonna do it for 30m. I’m gonna do this until my ProExtender arrives from China, which should be like 2-3 weeks.

You need to relax. More will not deliver more, and also not faster. You have just entered a veeery long marathon that requires discipline and persistence. You might be lucky and gain quickly, but for most, 1-2 inches gained is already a lot.

So just relax. It works, but it will take time, patience and discipline. Just let your insecurities go. One of the benefits of practicing PE is that you get familiar with the stats, see how others measure up, and become more comfortable with your size, also as you see that you can do something about it.

Ok. I just did 30 minutes of pulling my dick around. My thumbs are getting tired of the exercise but it was OK. I just watched some porn during the 30 minutes and finished off with a masturbation session at the end.

In all, I can feel the base of my dick getting looser. I can’t wait until AliExpress approves my payment method so I can get the ProExtender. I’ll save my arms and thumb a lot of work.

Give the newbie routine a good six months or more before using the extender. Using a extender sounds simple but take alot of dedication. Plus your selling your self short if you don’t have a base PE routine Down before you start extending.

Best of luck on the gains to come with persistence you’ll get there. When I first started in was 5 inches Nbpel now I’m 6.25 to 6.5.

Welcome man, to me the most important thing is preventing injury. Try to not rip your dick off while stretching but to ease it out until you feel a tug. I would also intergrate jelqing at LIGHT strength since you are just starting out. That way stretching lengthens your ligs and jelqing stretches your whole dick.

This sounds terrible; but, yeah, I have hope.

Anyways, I did 30m of stretching today. Instead of watching porn, I listened to music. I found it much better than watching porn since I can dance my dick around while stretching. It’s pretty fun actually.

Thinking about it, I’m pretty happy I live by myself. If I have roommates and one of them walked in while I was doing this.. I don’t know what I’d say. “Yeah, dude, I’m enlarging my dick. You know those ADS that pop up when you watch porn? Yeah, I’m trying that out.”

Anyways. It was a good workout session today.

My advice is to not set a timeframe. Enjoy gains and be happy.
I had this mindset too and everytime i was set a timeframe i was never able to achieve it. When i was not thinking about a specific time goal the gains came.

Well first of all, throw your ruler away. Measuring too often can discourage a person faster than anything.

When I was goal driven, I found that I would get discouraged very quickly. When I forgot about my goals and just enjoyed the journey was when I saw the best gains. At the start of my journey I would have loved 7 inches. Now I just do it for the fun. I know I’m over 8 inches. Last time I measured I even reach 9, but those gains weren’t cemented so I lost a bit when I stopped. But I’m back to my routine and I’m already seeing results, but I’m cautious not to set strict goals. I would like to reach 9 inches before the end of the year, but if I don’t its not a problem. I’m in it for life.
