Girth And Length Gains
I’ve been doing P.E.off and on for 8yrs now and when I started I was in the 5” club now I’m pushing myself to 9” I sometimes do two a day jelq and clamp sessions and I recently started to use a homemade stretching device that I made a few days out the week sometimes . Consistency and routine as well as discipline have played a major role in the last year and which I have seen a significant increase in length and girth as well as trying to improve my eating habits and exercise routine which I think also play a major role in P.E
