Short intro. My name’s Chris and I’ve idly been aware of PE for a few years now, never really bothering to take part. I tend to not put too much stock in claims and routines that aren’t scientifically validated and peer reviewed beyond doubt.
That being said, I realize that for those things to happen, someone has to actually invest time and money - and PE doesn’t seem to attract much of the scientific community. As such, I’ve decided to give it a go - see what happens. As long as I’m careful, the worst case should just be I diddled myself in the shower for 30 minutes every day.. Right? ;)
Being a humble man, I’m starting with the newbie routine. It’s simple, easy and fairly non-intrusive. Still have some privacy ‘issues’ to work around, but should be doable. Trying PE lines up well with the fact that I’m also currently on a weight loss journey, working my way down from 152kg (335 lbs) last summer, towards my goal of 95kg (210 lbs). I’m currently down to 140kg, so still a long way to go, but I’m getting there. So yeah, why not improve two things while I’m at it? Additionally, my primary sexual driver is the pleasure my partner gets from me, and this is a chance to potentially gain some rewards in that area.
As for numbers, I’ve not been able to measure properly as of today, but the last few times I did were all within margin of error of the following:
BPEL: 15cm (5.9 inches)
Girth: 12.5cm (4.92 inches)
I will try and get some proper measurements done soon, though I will say that my penis tends to get a bit shy when I break out the measuring tape, so it’s hard to get good measurements.
As for goals, the primary goal is just to see if it actually works at all. Granted it does, I’d like to at least get close to 17.5-18cm BPEL and 14cm girth. I realize this will likely take a while, and requires diligent consistency - which I am fairly bad at -, so I’m not putting all my eggs in that basket as of yet.
I started today, and did the following:
5 minute hot wrap
10x30 second stretches
100 jelqs
5 minute hot wrap
I realize the amount of jelqs is a fair bit lower than the routine dictates, but I don’t see the harm in working my way up to it over a couple of days. Also, I’ve run into a snag with jelqing;
- Maintaining a solid +/- 70% erection during jelqs did NOT work out for me. Any tips in regards to this? From what I’ve gathered, this is a fairly important part of the routine.
