Juggling around schedules, and got my PE routine in Sunday and today.

Today’s routine:

5 minute warm-up
5 minute stretch
2 10 minute sessions in pump (First at 5hg, Second at 3-4hg)
5 minute jelq
Squeezes
5 minute warm down

I typically pump at 5hg, but I decided to drop to 3-4hg on the second set. I felt like I got more girth expansion at the lower girth. I’m going to try keeping in that lower range for the next week or so and see how that works out.

I know it was probably all in my head, but felt like my unit was thicker today during my jelqs. My libido is sky high right now (I feel for my wife later tonight).

I’ve had to think a lot about goals. My weight loss seems to be stalling. Hopefully it will kick back in soon (if not, it will be off for thyroid testing). My goal is still going to be small waist, big cock. I think if I was 7.5” BPEL with a 5.5” MSEG that I would look huge once most of the extra fat is gone. I’m going for two reactions out of my wife: 1, that she is amazed by the size when she sees it and 2, that it gives here that full feeling every time. At the same time, I’m encouraging her to try the Luna Beads (meant for kegal work). If she’s tighter/firmer, and I’m bigger, I think her pleasure during sex will skyrocket.

12 minutes of jelqing with 3 30 second squeezes
5 minute warm down

Today I decided on something lighter

5 minute warm-up
1 15 minute session in tube
5 minute warm down

I felt today I came out of the tube larger doing the longer session and felt that not doing the extra work has kept it. I’m thinking I may alter my schedule some to where on Tuesday’s I still pump, but that’s it. And then again on Friday’s do the same thing.

Tomorrow will be just time in the pump, one session of 20 minutes at 3-4 hg. I am leaking pressure a bit, so it is probably time to shave back down. If that doesn’t help, I’ll have to figure out where the leak is coming from.

Some random thoughts:

1. Friday night was a fun session with my wife. With her fully aroused I was fingering her pretty deep (she likes it like that) and was right against her cervix. I took that rough measurement with my finger and was just somewhere north of 6”. I figure if I get to 6.5” NBPEL I’ll bottom out regularly with her. But also learned that she can comfortably take 3 of my fingers side by side (I have small fingers, which is around 2” width…guess getting to 6” girth may have to be a goal eventually).

2. I could definitely fell the length difference I’ve made though. I think she can too.

3. I’m noticing on my pump that I’m getting closer to the 6” mark (was at 5.875” today, started only hitting around 5.5”). Although my BPEL measures at nearly 6.75”, I never get that in the tube. But inching toward that line I’m interested in seeing any length gains, although I want girth more than length at this point.

Have not posted in a while so thought I’d give an update.

This week I changed up my routine. I took a suggestion from gprent in the Pumping forum and went to every other day pumping and rest. I’ll pump 3x/week and rest 4x/week.

Pump routine currently is:

5 minutes warm-up
5 minutes at 4hg.
5 minutes at 5hg.
15 minutes at 6hg.
Put on a cock ring and massage and edge for 10-15 minutes.

So general notes from my overall routine change and my supplementation:

1. I’m 34, almost 35, and right now my libido reminds me of when I was 18 again. The T booster I was taking really sent me into overdrive in the last week. They put it on a 50% off sale, so I got a 3 month supply. I’m going to combine it with a heavy weight lifting routine over the next 3 months to continue my fat burn.

2. Since starting this routine, my EQ has been a 9 on a scale of 10. Regular night woods and morning woods, rock solid erections, etc. My wife and I have had sex 5 days this week now, and tonight hopefully will be a marathon session. The good thing about the rest days is my cock can handle it now (instead of being fatigued).

I’m excited to continue with this pattern and slowly increase what I do on a daily basis as well.

During my edging my MSEG is up to 5”, which is nice. Goal is to keep doing this and slowly add time. I want to continue to consistently see 5” after, and then hopefully will see even more as time goes on. I do plan on adding jelqs back in next week as well.

I’m getting back to it.

I hit a period of time where I was having a hard time getting an erection. I was not sleeping well and my energy was low. Went to see a doctor and my T was slightly low (obviously low enough to effect what was going on). I started TRT + HCG. First few weeks went well, and things bottomed out again. Upped my T and HCG going forward as well as put me on an iron supplement. So far, things are improving. With that, I’m getting back into a routine.

I’m not sure exactly what I’m going to do. Right now I’m doing a lot of pumping. I’ve been trying to stay 3-4hg for 20-30 minutes. I seem to get the best expansion after 15-20 minutes.

As I develop my new routine, I’m leaning towards this:

Mondays - 30 minutes pumping @ 3-4hg.
Tuesday - 20 minutes pumping @ 3-4hg, 10 minutes jelq
Wednesday - 30 minutes pumping @ 3-4hg
Thursday - 20 minutes pumping @3-4hg, 10 minutes jelq
Friday - 40 minutes pumping @ 3-4hg
Saturday and Sunday - Rest

I may switch back and forth on my weeks, meaning ever other week I would do 3 jelq days and 2 straight pumping days. All days I will stretch.

I’m still working on my fat loss. Last measurement had me under 20% for the first time since last July. Goal right now is to get down to 15% by end of July, and maybe even aim to get lower than that. I’m exercising regularly and cutting down grain based carbs (taking most of my carbs in my post workout drink and via fruits and veggies). I’m keeping to my mantra: Small waist, big dick. Goal is still to get to 7.5” x 5.25”. If I could set goals, I’d be bordering 5” girth by August 1 (sitting around 4.75-4.875 right now).

Today I just did 30 minutes in the pump with heat. I’ll probably settle more into my routine next week (this week I got off to a late start due to being out of town). Yesterday I did 30 in the pump and this morning woke up with a very rigid erection. I joked with my wife that I should have woke her up for that one, but I was nice and let her sleep.

Today in the gym was back day. Pull-overs, lat pull-downs, reverse rows, and one arm rows. Also did some core work (planks, scissors, obliques, and Russian twist) and a bit of walking.

I’m no hero. Just a guy like everyone else here that wants the best for the penis health and overall health. I have a spouse to pleasure both physically and aesthetically, and make that my goal.

I’ve been absent from everything around here. So thought I’d journal an update:

In July, there was a nodule found on my prostate. Never fun for a 35 year old to think he may have cancer (very slight risk, but not unheard of), but had to go through 2 months of mental anguish waiting to find out what was up. All TRT had to stop during this time. Exercising became hard as one of the big benefits of testosterone, energy and focus, went out the door. I was lathargic, my libido sucked, my erections were weak, sex sucked except for being able to last longer, and generally was a scary and depressing 2 months. However, the biopsy came back clear. Now once my prostate keeps from seeping blood and such into my ejaculate, maybe my sex life with wife will resume to normal.

I’ve restarted TRT as well. The bad news is, because of everything, I gained 10 pounds over the last 2 months. I was less active but still eating roughly the same amounts, so that hurt. I’m basically restarting what I started out to do this year.

Today I restarted my PE routine as well. My T levels are still a bit low but I’m able to get an erection (although my pubic hair made jelqing difficult this morning).

My goal is to get back on track. My #1 goal with PE is regain length I’ve lost (which I think is mainly due to blood flow and weak erections) and really focus on girth. Just knowing my wife and how she reacts to certain things, girth would be much preferred. But I’m going to ease into a girth routine.

My initial goal is newbie routine with slowly increasing the time I spend on jelqs. Will do 2 days on, one day off, 2 days on, 2 days off.

Today was day 1:

5 minute warm-up
5 minutes stretches
5 minutes jelqing
5 minutes warm down

Next week I’ll go for 10 minutes of jelqing, then to 15, then to 20.

After a week or two at 20 minutes, I’m going to start going into a girth targeting routine involving squeezes, jelqs, and reintroducing pumping. I’m not quite sure what that will look like quite yet, but the goal is to focus on expansion and maintaining expansion.

For exercise, I’m doing a HIIT style routine right now.

C-ring worn for 10 minutes to hold expansion

Today was
5 minute warm-up
15 minute pump @4hg
5 minute warm down

Tomorrow and Friday will look like Mon/Tues. Saturday will be either a rest day or another pump only day. Friday night the kids are gone, so wife and I will have house to ourselves. I doubt I’ll do anything Saturday, but may do my pump session on Sunday morning instead.

My goal is to have 1 full rest day a week (most likely Saturday). Sunday will be a pump session that will increase in duration over time, but start out 15 minutes. The Wednesday pump session will stay around 15 minutes. My goal is Sunday will work up to 40 minutes. Finding time to have the privacy to do that may be an issue.

Next week my jelq times will increase to 7 minutes. Pump after jelq will stay at 10 minutes. Once I get my jelqs to 10 minutes, I’ll move that pump session up to 15 minutes. This will take several weeks to get there.

Wife and I have a big trip next December. My goal is to be over 5” MSEG, and hopefully with careful PE, be around 5.25”. I am comparing against the cardboard roll of toilet paper for the girth I want. Beyond that, not sure, but 5.5” would be my max. Length, 7.5” BPEL is the ultimate goal, but I’d take 7” if my fat bad and stomach decrease enough. I think wife will appreciate the girth more than the length, but we’ll see as we progress.

Today I felt a bit sore during my PE routine so cut it short. Tonight will be just the wife and I and I did not want to be so sore that I could not perform. Tomorrow I’ll do nothing, Sunday I will pump for some period of time, and then Monday back to the routine with a slight increase in jelq time.

Thanks yall. Been on the site a lot, but have not been able to update all that often the last two weeks. They have been very, very stressful on multiple fronts.

First, a PE update, and then some other news: I have worked myself up to 10 minutes jelqs, 15 minutes pump @ 5hg, with warm-up, stretch, and warm-down. Today, post workout, I had a very, very nice post pump plump. It lasted for about 15-20 minutes. I won’t lie: I would love if my final goals in PE had my flacid looking like that all the time. I bet my wife’s eyes would get pretty wide if she was that.

On other notes (just some random musings):

1. T therapy is interesting. When I restarted, they started me at a 100 ng/dl dose with a 500 ng/dl does of HCG this time. Just like last time, week 3 and I was horny all the time. And then in week 4 the bottom fell out. They doubled up my HCG to 1,000 last time, and did so this time. Last time 3-4 weeks after doing that and I had awesome erections, horny again all the time, and lots of energy. This week will be week 3 of that, so hoping to definitely feel really good again.

2. I’m learning a lot about my sexual needs. Wife has had some major changes and stress over the last 2 months, and we have come to a conclusion about how to remedy that. But during this time, I won’t lie: I felt very, very neglected. Yes, I was getting sex, but it was rather bland. Same old, same old, just to get it over with. What I’ve learned is I really have 4 major needs when it comes to sex:

- To know that I’m wanted sexually, found sexually attractive and appealing to my wife.
- To know that I sexually satisfy my wife
- To be visually turned on both before and during sex.
- To have variety, passion, and excitement

Just an interesting thing to go back and think about what your sexual needs really are outside of just a release.
