Doing cardio and weight lifting on a regular basis can help you keep your energy up.

I exercise 6 days a week. I am actually doing P90X right now, so a good mix of resistance and cardio work.

I debated really hard yesterday on whether to do anything today or not. After an intense Friday session, I was a bit sore yesterday. Woke up today with a nice morning wood and no soreness, so decided to do a short routine (plus I heard one of my kids wake up, which means I had to keep it short).

5 minute warm-up
10 minute wet jelq
5 minute warm-down

Pump will be in tomorrow. Unfortunately the mail does not run until the afternoon, so will not have a chance to try it out until Tuesday. I will probably do a bit longer routine tomorrow and just do a short pump routine on Tuesday (no jelqs).

One other thing: Measured myself after my first month of exercise. Lost over 10 pounds, over 2” off waistline, 2” of chest, and did not change size of arms or legs. My goal is to try to repeat that in month 2.

I decided to go track down a ruler in my house and do my BPEL measurements that way. This one was not at 0 at the edge, so I had to estimate that it was .25” off. I measured in around 6.5” BPEL and right at 4.75” MSEG. These are what I’m going to consider my starting measurements for my pumping routine (although I was no where near 100% erect…one of those mornings where I was too mentally distracted to get a good hard-on).

That’s the goal. I have a bit over 1” of fat pad I think. Hides too much of my cock. I’d like to get it down to .5” or less, although I know that will take a lot of time. The goal would be to add at least .5” of dick while removing .5” of fat pad for a net visible gain of 1”.

I am about to go on a trip for a week so i wont be able to do PE will i lose some of my gains.

I am scared to lose my gains , I don’t think i will go on this trip.

Cannot tell if this is a facetious remark or a valid concern.

Could you lose gains? Possibly. I have a feeling I measured shorter due to either not great measurement before or not 100% erect today (or a combination of both). But I took off over a month, not one week, during the holidays.

Just got my pump in, pulled it out, assembled, and tried it out.

Positive thoughts:

1. I was able to get a good seal immediately.
2. The sensation was definitely different. I kept in the 3-5hg range. 5 was almost a bit too much, so I tried to keep just under that.
3. I looked like I was getting decent expansion in the tube. Of course, may be my optimistic glasses.

Negatives.

1. It comes with a ruler. I only came up to 5.5” in the tube. Granted I did not enter with a full erection, but guessing my fat pad or anxiety over trying this would not allow more erection.
2. I could tell the fluid build-up. Going to keep lower pressure this week to see how that works.
3. My plumped hang did not last long.

I wouldn’t worry about a week. Find some time to do some mild stretches, maybe some dry jelqs. Even without, I doubt you’d lose anything significant.

Catching up a bit:

Yesterday I went to pump, but the pump was not holding pressure. The O ring in the male connector was hacked up. So no go yesterday.

Today was a very short routine:

2-3 minute stretch

Bought some replacement rings so hopefully will be back to pumping tomorrow.

The next two weeks are busy with work. I am probably going to have to hold to 10 minutes in the tube and 5 minute jelqs until I get through them. I want to get back to edging as well.

I came out of the pump cold which makes me concerned about circulation. Could still get a strong erection when edging.

I cut my edge time way down. I’m a bit worked up this morning (woke up with an amazing morning wood, but was nice and did not disturb my wife). Still learning the nuances of pumping. I noticed a bit of packing at the bottom of the tube today, but I could not tell if it was penis or just my fat pad being pulled in too much. Wondering if I should stretch out my fat pad a bit, get the seal, and then create the vacuum. I’ll get it down before too long.

This week is going to be insane. Wall-to-wall meetings starting at 8:30a every day, which means I’m waking up early and doing things in an order I don’t want (PE then physical exercise instead of reverse), but it is what it is.

Wow, this week has been crazy! Had in-office meetings all week which threw me off in my PE, but only slightly (effected my normal exercise more).

Most of this week has been warm-up, 15 minutes in pump, small amount of jelqs, then warm-down. The problem is I was exercising after this routine, which is not my preferred order of doing things. Today was my first back-to-normal day, so this is what I did:

10 minute warm-up
15 minutes in pump (5hg)
5 minute heat massage
10 minute jelq
5 minute edge
5 minute warm down

In 2 weeks, I’ll measure my first month progress officially. I did measure today. MSEG was hanging right around 4.75”, base was above 4.75”, and BPEL using a ruler was 6.625”. I’m also thinking about going back to my old schedule (2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off) to give me an extra rest day. My EQ has not been affected at all by a 6 on, 1 off schedule (morning woods, night woods still consistent and strong, not much sex recently due to schedules), but I feel the extra day of rest/healing will be good long term, especially as I introduce more time pumping.
