Have not posted in quite a while. I have been very, very focused on my exercise routine and over the last 2 weeks have restarted a steady PE routine (was doing some off and on, but nothing consistent). I’m getting more and better sleep right now which has helped be focused on a good PE routine. Plus, with it being summer time, I have a bit more time.

My body fat is slowly dropping but I am losing inches right now which is good. I figure the method of measuring body fat has a lot to do with why it is not changing, but I have busted through some plateaus that have bothered me for a while.

PE wise, here is my overall routine:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
5 minute warm-up
5 minute stretch
Jelq (started at 5, then 7, now up to 10 minutes)
Pumping (started at 10, now up to 15)
Jelq 5 minutes
Warm down

Sunday - Pump at slightly increasing pressures. Up to 25 minutes, will go to 30 this week.

My goal is to keep with this routine over the next few months up until vacation and then adjust after that.

In other news, wife got breast implants. They are awesome. She has felt sexier and it is paying off in the bedroom.

Wow, been a long time since I’ve posted and, honestly, a long time since I have done any PE work.

Last July, I hit a serious bout of depression and anxiety. I actually dealt with this 2-3 times last year, which is odd. The only other time I ever remember having any depression type symptoms is when I was 13 (and no idea why then). This was pretty tough for me to deal with.

But, it caused me to stop just about anything: Exercise, PE, hobbies, etc. I did recover just before vacation. What was funny was the stress along with anxiety/depression took a huge hit on the quality of my erections and my libido. They were weak, if there at all. All of this while on testosterone therapy. Going on vacation, though, reversed that. All of the sudden, I was like an 18 year old again. Just a glance at my wife in her bikini or dressed up made me instantly hard.

Taking all of this in, I’ve learned a few things:

1. Stress, anxiety, etc, takes a huge toll on me. I have to learn to manage it.

2. To help manage it, there are two things I need to do: Get finances under control and get more sleep. I still struggle with getting enough sleep but making it a bigger priority, even with our busy schedule.

3. I must continue to focus on the weight loss.

This year, I have started out better. Wife and I have a plan to help get all finances under control and are working on executing it. I am exercising more, eating less sugar and overall healthier. We’re in mid-March and I’m almost at my smallest/lightest weight I had last year.

My PE goals have changed too. Yes, I want to gain size. I know this is going to take time. However, I’m not sure size is going to do anything for my wife. My bigger goal is to improve EQ and sex drive. I find myself with a higher drive when I PE, and my EQ is typically better. So resetting goals for 2017:

1. Get weight under 200 (milestone 1), then under 190 (milestone 2). I’m close to 1, and think I can be close to hitting #2 by end of May.

2. Improve EQ.

3. Get off of TRT. This is a HUGE goal of mine. Wife does not like my taste on TRT. I miss oral sex. I’ve already had my T dosage decreased twice in the last 4 months.

4. Execute the financial goals. If I can get goal #1 done by end of May, the other become a lot easier to deal with.

5. If I can .25” - .5” in length and .25” in girth, so be it. I have not measured, but that would put me, what I”m guessing, around 7” BPEL and around 5” MSEG. I’d be content with that for now.

Right now my routine:

5 minute warm-up
5 minutes manual stretches
5-7 minutes wet jelq
Squeezes
5 minute warm down

Next week will be hard with spring break and having less privacy. My goal next week will be simply to get 2-3 dry jelq sessions in and resume full routine the week after.

I have some experience with depression and anxiety myself, which I combated with… lots of stuff, really. More exercise is an important one, a good posture helps ridiculously well, also. Setting specific goals helps you achieve them which breaks the cycle of soul crushing apathy.

On other notes, have you tried cold baths for your testicles? it’s said to improve T production. So does exercise and competition, plus posture (powerposing). I think increasing EQ will be more of a result of fixing the other issues if I read this correctly. Make a plan, be systematic about it and things are always easier than they seem, especially when you’re depressed or having anxiety.

Routine looks good also, got all the basics. Keep it up!

What’s crazy is leading into it I was exercising regularly. It was did not help. I fully suspect it was a combination of some type of hormone imbalance combined with stress. I had it happen in February of last year and it coincided with a quick drop in testosterone levels.

I should say, my EQ varies. Often I have very firm erections (my wife notices because she wants to skip foreplay at that point). There are some times, though where I am only at 60% or so. The only good thing about those times is I feel I last longer. But I know it does not feel as good for her like that.

I do, on occasion, finish out my shower cold and make sure the cold water hits my sack. I do not do it often enough though (also, helps close off pores as to keep complexion cleaner).

What I’ve noticed after doing this for just one week:

1. Sex drive is way up.

2. Morning wood is constant. Before there were “hit and miss” days, generally around how much sleep I was getting or how much stress I was under. Not the case right now.

This week will have to be a lot of stealth PE with the wife and kids home this week.

Last week was a minimum PE week due to wife and kids being home, but I did manage to get some sessions in (mainly stretches and dry jelq in the shower). My PI’s have been very positive overall. Morning wood still consistent. Saturday morning I woke up with an erection that was almost painful (almost). I was very full! Unfortunately, could not take advantage of it with the wife.

This week the goal is to go to 10 minutes of jelq but leave everything else the same.

5 minute warm-up
5 minute manual stretch
10 minute wet jelq
Squeezes (4 total)
5 minute warm-down

The plan is to continue to monitor PI’s and look to make any adjustments next week.

Biggest thing I am noticing is the need to get to bed earlier. Fitness exercises are going good, but late bedtimes are wearing on me a bit.

I thank you for posting these frequent posts about your PE progress. It really shows the ups and downs of the PE regime and having it balanced with work and gym. You make me motivate to do my PE regime and also continue through the good and bad in life.

Ratcheting back your routine like you did shows me you’re listening to your PI’s and making appropriate adjustments. Listening to what your dick is trying to tell you is crucial not only for getting bigger but also being able to maintain your EQ so you can enjoy your sex life.

Also, your routine right now looks very reasonable to me. As long as you’re gaining and you maintain positive PI’s, stay with it as is. You can always adjust accordingly going forward.

Keeping jelqs in the 7 minute range. Going to give this another week or two before I bump up.

EQ during routine has been good. EQ at other time has been so-so, but I attribute that to not getting a lot of sleep/rest recently. I’m not at the point of being concerned yet as I can usually pinpoint what it is and believe I am right. Mondays and Tuesdays are always rough nights for me getting to bed at a decent time, but the rest of the week usually gets better. Today is my mid-week rest day and I’m going to enjoy it and hopefully a great night with the wife.

I’m trying to be very conscious of what my body is telling me. I’m trying to lose a decent amount of weight at the same time, so sometimes my physical exercise and nutrition will compete with my PE work and progress. I am putting a lot into my workouts right now and know that sometimes that will have an effect on this, just as sleep is. Honestly, I’m more concerned with losing weight as getting rid of my fat pad (around 1.5” currently) will make my penis look longer.

I do plan on increasing and adding later into the routine. In a couple of week, bump up to 10 minutes. 2-3 weeks after that, bump up to 12 or 15, depending. When I get to 20, I’m going to go back to incorporating pumping, back down my jelq time to 5 minutes, pump for 5-10, and slowly build back up.

This week, after taking some time off, I have resumed pumping. I’m actually slowly working on introducing my wife to the fact that I pump and plan to start pumping at night right before sex. Today, I did 2 15 minutes at 5hg. My post pump plump was almost .5” larger and firm! That is why I want to introduce it to my wife. =)

Plan to pump 5-6 days a week and see where that takes me.

- Cautious selection of exercises, especially in the beginning
- Solid and well-thought ramp-up
- A lot of observation, reflection and thinking
- Always checking back on motivation which leads to great consistency despite the odds of family and work life
- A holistic approach. That is very important in my eyes. You do not just do PE, but it’s all-over body optimization. Very interesting and mature concept.

Maybe we should rename “PE” to “PO” or even “POBO”: Penis Optimization / Body Optimization. It’s more than having a bigger dick, it’s about having a great dick. and a great body too.

I’ll stick to that thread from now on!

Just what this hobby needs is another acronym. I am still learning about half of them now. *laughing*

LOL, POBO is funny. That’s what I’m working on though.

We have two big trips planned this year. Both of which I have specific goals for. I’m going to have to focus more on my weightloss goal as I seem to be slowing up there. I have considered going keto for the month of July to see if that breaks this plateau. I will see where my body fat is later and decide. My measurements seem to be moving in the right direction or holding steady, so it is time to switch something up.

For PE, I have stuck with a pretty regular pumping cycle. 5-6 days a week. I will have to take a couple of days off this week as we are traveling and I don’t think pumping in front of my in-laws (who will be in the same hotel room as us) will be a good thing. I do take some measurements post pump after I put on a ring. I’m slowing inching up in my post pump expansion. I have not measured normal erection yet though. Going to wait until the end of summer to do that.

I am going to switch my routine slightly to another routine I found. Doing it mainly for time sake. Doing 2 15 minute sessions, plus stuff between, ends up taking close to an hour. Going to do the incremental pump routine, go for 30 minutes straight, and work up to 35. Going to start at 3 going up to 5, then 3 going up to 6, then 4 going up to 7. Give that a month.

Oh, and I did introduce my wife to the pump. I have used the pump several times in front of her now. It does not seem to bother her.
