Guys I actually have a really small penis and it’s really affecting my life. I’m "5.05 x "3.6

Whats the best routine to start and then an intermediate then an advanced routine.

My goal is "7 x "4-5

I cannot order any pumps or products. Please help

Welcome bro. I’m giving the newbie routine a nod too. As it sounds you’ve never done this before, Jelq and stretching will give you the kind of warm up and progress without getting you discouraged. I also find slow jelqing and slow edging to be more beneficial as it encourage a lot of expansion. Keep sharing and let us know how you’re doing

At least 6 months, but if you are seeing continued gains, stay with it and wait until the gains slow down/stop.

PE is a slow, methodical process. If you try to rush it, you will end up delaying it.
A single injury you get because you were trying too much too fast can set you back months.

You gotta have realistic expectations…. I.e. months and months of steady work for fractions of an inch and non-linear progress.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

Sorry I know I’m being a bit rushy but after six months on the newbie routine how much should I approximatley gain?

Day 1 Advice needed

Alright guys just to keep me on track I will be posting monthly (or weekly) updates just to keep me on track and maybe to encourage newer guys to start and keep going.
My plan is to be on the newbie routine for 6 months and (I hope this isn’t unrealistic) see around half an inch of gains. If that does not work I will buy pumps.
I am trying to keep it as natural as possible without using products (At least at the start, later on I will use pumps and hanging). I have also decided to tweak the newbie routine slightly and here it is:

5 minutes hot wrap
10 minutes manual stretch (30-second stretches)
15 minutes of dry jelq ( 3-second strokes)
15 minutes of wet jelq
10 minutes manual stretch
5 minutes hot wrap
250 kegels of five second holds each

I do have a couple questions about everything though.
1. With dry and wet jelq how hard should the penis be
3. With the hot wrap, how should I heat it up and can it be just any cloth?
4. What is the BC muscle and does doing kegels increase size?
Currently I am 5.5 inches x (last time I measured wrong) 4 inches
Goal = 7 inches x 5.5 inches

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

A wash cloth can be heated up by running hot water over it and then wrong out; however the process needs to be repeated Avery 5 - 10 minutes. A sock filled with about 2 cups of rice and heated in a microwave for about a minute last 15 - 20 minutes before it needs the reheated

I haven’t seen any gains so far.
But to be fair I haven’t been as consistent as I should have. I will up the consistency now brother.
I have been struggling with the jelqing as I find trouble in maintaining the 50-70% erection as it usually gets too hard to jelq with.
Other than that I’m contemplating on buying a pump. I’m not too sure about it though.

You sound like me on this journey and that is the best approach.
1. Have no goals but some objectives, I have a post on that. Have no goals of a half inch, I say that because in one session, you might pull harder than usual to get your goal, YOU CAN NEVER DO THAT, ever, EVER! This is a marathon and for PE for life
2. I went in all 12 months total in my time doing PE until I started to PUMP. I’m glad I waited but to be honest I waited too long because water pumping helped my EQ by a lot. So in short, don’t be afraid of the pump, but this is nothing to rush into. My advice is exactly what you have here, 6 months, a little decon, see where you are at, and consider pumping or anything else.
3. I have yet to hang or use a clamp, not sure if I ever will but I am not worried about it like I once was in saying I would never do that. I’m open to it and not afraid, but it is because I know my D much more through the world of jelq
4. I never ever thought I would use cock rings and wifey and I now love it. I have another post about cock rings 101.
5. I use coconut oil, I have various reasons why I use that and yes I have a post on that
6. NIR + RED pad has been great for me, I feel like my dick is better with it after a session and I feel like I am truly warm. Other than that I would favor hot shower warm up.
7. TWEAK the newbie to start slow as slow can be, this is PE for life, no rush , the only people that can rush is anyone over 95 years old, anyone younger must do this as a marathon
8. I have never done a dry jelq, I think that is more advance but I will let others tell you more about that


Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

5.5 NBPEL Start~~ 5.7 NBPEL- 2011 ~~ 5.75 NBPEL/ 4.25 EG 2012 (Stop 11 years- Started again 4/2023 same stats as 2012)

6.2 NBPEL / 6.7 BPEL / 4.5 EG (5 EG w/ C-Ring) / Grower 4 FL - 12/2023 ~~ (Objective 6.75 NBPEL / 7.25 BPEL / 5.5 EG & Solid EQ)

That’s normal. When I was a newbie, it was too easy for me to get too hard because it’s like signaling my brain like jerk off time, but I just breathe and continue with slow jelq and somehow, the erection subsides and that’s where you want to train your mind, your dick, your sensation between PE and just masturbating. Once your brain realizes this is PE time, you’ll start having lower erection levels unless your aiding it with porn. I actually like the idea of training my dick like get hard or get soft in command. For now, just keep jelqing even if you get too hard and don’t worry about speed because you’re going with slow deliberate, not too tight of squeeze either. I like to run my fingers sometimes and massage that shaft because your trying to work that tunica. If your stretching too, then you really need to go flaccid, so definitely need to get used to touching yourself without getting hard, and even for myself I still struggle with that. Just breathe and a little bit of baseball, politics or funny things in mind help to speed the loss in mood.

I'm back

For some reason I quit and I’m not sure as to why (maybe I’m just lazy). However, my penis seems to have decreased in length 😂😂.

Before I was BPEL- 5.5 inches and now I’m 5.1 inches.

I am now 100% gonna post once weekly to keep me on track and hopefully act as proof that P.E is real.

My goal is BPEL - above 6 inches.

I’m going to stick to the newbie routine for 5-6 months then I will purchase a pump and see how it goes.

For questions - How long did it take you guys to start seeing gains? Are there any exercises you recommend?
