Hang - Heat - Cool - Release

Intro
I came back here after a long time and became very interested in the work done by Kypra, Manko, 5.5, Scienceguy .et al. In the hanging with US and Heat Pad.
The approach really resonated with me because of the engineering approach, the ability to calculate exact load a stress/strain and make scientific based adjustments.
I started P.E. Here a long time ago, since then I have lost 0.6 inches from my biggest ever measurement, 11 years ago. But kept 0.75 inches from where I started 16 years ago.
My original stats and measurements are in my signature.
Hanging Equipment
All equipment used is from Total Man - which I bought in the Black Friday sale.
The only other equipment I’ll be using is Golf Weights, each one weighs 160g and will provide the incremental step ups.
I’ll be using Compression Hanging as my main exercise, so that enough of the shaft is exposed for the Heat Pad.
I also have the equipment for Vacuum Hanging - as I bought a full kit, so if compression doesn’t work out for whatever reason, I have that as a back up.
Method
2 days on 1 day off. My initial plan is to go for 5 weeks on and 3 weeks off; but depending on strain measurements, this could end up changing.
I’ll be using the slow build up approach as outlined in this post by Science Guy scienceguy - let’s see what happens
And using weights based on Kypra’s Load Calculator
The Routine is as follows:
250g - 2 mins
410g - 2 mins
500g - 2 mins
660g - 2 mins
750g - 2 mins
910g - 2 mins
1.0kg - 2 mins
1.16kg - 2 mins
1.25kg - 2 mins
1.41kg - 2 mins (Turn on heat pad here)
1.5kg - 2 mins
1.66kg - 2 mins
1.75kg - 2 mins
1.91kg - 2 mins
2.0kg - 2 mins
2.16kg - 2 mins
2.25kg - 2 mins (Heat pad at full temp)
2.41kg - 2 mins
2.5kg - 2 mins (Internal temp at 40ºC at 20min mark according to Manko’s research)
2.66kg - 2 mins
2.75kg - 20 mins (Heat pad turned off here, removed 5mins after turning off. It takes the Penis 20 mins to return to body temperature after removing the heat pad according to Longerstretch’s research)
The routine should take no longer than 75mins from putting on the hanger till the end of the cool down. Weights and times are subject to change depending on how I progress and when things stall.
Current Stats
18.5cm - BPFSL
17.5cm - BPEL
12.7cm - MEG
These are the only 3 measurements that I feel really matter in this routine, so the only ones I’ll keep track of.
Goal
My primary goal is more aesthetic. I would like my Penis to look circumcised when fully erect.
Considering the amount of foreskin I have, this would be somewhere near 3.5 - 5 cm of extra Penis length required, under the premise that there will be little skin stretching along with the compression hanging.
I know the goal is a lengthy one, but I’m confident in the in the new methodology and ground work put in by all of the other members who I’ve mentioned.
I’ll update this thread when I get started. I won’t be posting daily updates, but more likely weekly or fortnightly depending if anything interesting comes up.
