I’ve been reading about PE for 15 years now, having tried jelqing for the first time when I was 17 or so, and since 2023, I’ve been lurking on this forum. I started experimenting more thoroughly last Summer with the newbie routine for a few weeks and made minimal gains. I’ve been jelqing and squeezing occasionally since. But I think now I would like to pursue set objectives and try a more specific plan to increase girth.

About me:
I am in my early thirties, work an office job, uncircumcised.
This February ‘24 I started with:
EG = 11.5 cm, which has already increased to 11.8.
FG = 9.5 to 11 cm. (seems unreliable)*
BPEL = 18.1 cm (but I am skinny and pressed quite hard).
So, I would say my effective length is more like 17 cm.

The objectives:
My main goal is girth. I think I am already fairly long, but my girth is in the lower range of the average. Ultimately, my target girth is 14cm, which I hope to reach in 5 years or so.
My goal for this Summer is to achieve a permanent EG above 12cm. By the end of the year, I hope to crack 12.8cm. That would be a growth of 1mm per month. Considering newbie gains and the time and money I am willing to invest, I think this is possible.
I do not want to gain any more length. I know some length gains are going to be inevitable. So, I believe that I will probably crack 18.5 by the end of this year. But ideally, I want to stay below 20cm.

The gear:
I bought an electric pump that has four intensities (120, 200, 280, and 360 millibars) And the Totalman heating pad, where I basically only use the highest of three settings (max 42°C). In addition, I also bought a set of cockrings that I use after pumping and occasionally for fun. I also aim to go to the gym two to three times a week and drink protein shakes. This helps, I guess.

The routine:
Warm up with the heating pad (5 minutes minimum).
Jelqing for 15 minutes.
Squeezing for 5 minutes while pumping blood into penis.
Pumping for 15 to 20 minutes (recommended by the pump vendor), starting at level 2 and then going to 3, and then repeatedly pumping to 4 and then going back down to 2 for the last 5 minutes. I noticed that it is important not to go in entirely flaccid because that seems to affect the skin more so than when entering erect (I got a massive foreskin one time).
Putting on cockring.
Warm down with the heating pad (5 minutes minimum).

I will try to do this twice daily for five to six days a week and one rest day.

Before I do this, I would like to hear what the hivemind thinks first.
I am also not sure yet when to take cockring off after pumping or whether I should do more jelqing after.
I am also not sure what to make out of all these supplements that I read on this forum.

I bought various supplements:
L-arginine, Ornithine, Creatine Monohydrate, Citrulline, zinc, and then one 17-in-1 pill that has Maca, Ashwagandha, Tribulus Terrestris and some other things.
I think I will remove one or two things from that cocktail because something (I think the zinc) makes me really nauseous. I wouldn’t mind cutting the L-Arginine because the recommended dose is so high, and the 17-in-1 has L-Arginine as well.
I also bought Cialis, which I think is a great product and way better than Viagra. It seems half a tablet once every two days is ok for what I want, and any more gives me flushes, especially when I exercise. But I don’t want to overdo it with Cialis to avoid developing some dependency on it. The same goes for L-Arginine.


Start of routine (Feb 24): BPEL: 18.1; EG: 11.8

Goal for June 24: BPEL: 18.5; EG: 12.0;

Goal for Feb 25: BPEL: 19.0; EG: 12.8

Congrats on getting started on a dedicated program. I think it is very likely that it won’t take 5 years to gain a bit more than 2cm in girth, but it is definitely the right attitude to be in it for the long term since gains are not predictable.

A couple of things I think might be good additions for your program as a novice embarking on a girth regimen:

1. Consider starting your training with what is called ‘tunica scraping.’ You can buy a gua sha tool to do this or use any piece of metal with rounded edges, like the handle of a nice piece of silverware that has a little contour. Extend your flaccid penis and apply a little lubrication to one side. Then ‘scrape’ the tool from the base of the glans (right where it meets the shaft but not the glans itself) to the base of your penis along the side of the penis (very important to avoid the top of the penis where the dorsal nerve is located) using a reasonable amount of pressure—not too much pressure. Repeat this stroke 30-40 times then do the same thing on the other side.

Some people say this is extremely valuable for conditioning and softening the tunica and possibly preventing scar tissue from forming. In fact, this tool and technique were designed to break down connective tissue scarring elsewhere in the body so it is just another application to use it on the tunica. It is called Graston technique in the west.

2. Another thing is to be sure to use heat for as much of your session as is possible. If you need to use you heating pad in between exercises then be sure to do so. Heat is a game changer for soft tissue expansion.

This includes wrapping your pump tube with a heating pad. Some guys use heat for the majority of their pumping session and then finish without heat for the final set or two. Just be careful with heating your pump tube. Sometimes you don’t realize how hot it is getting inside the pump until you try to remove it and the moving air registers a LOT of heat that you couldn’t feel before. So start low and learn how much heat you can tolerate in the tube.

3. There is some theorizing that adding a set of ‘soft clamping’ can be valuable to create a short bout of tissue ischemia inside the corpora cavernosa (CC). The theory is transient ischemia leads to the secretion of growth factors for the tissues of the CC. This leads to more erectile tissue structure inside the tunica which leads to more girth, and theoretically, more responsive erectile function.

The key to this is to use some soft bands to apply at the base of the erect penis so there is compression of blood flow and then leave the bands in place for no more than 10 minutes. It is important not to kegel fresh blood in during this time and going longer than 10 minutes is thought to not only be no more effective, but can actually cause some other factors to be expressed that are counterproductive to our aims. So stick with a time under ten minutes.

Lots of guys use what are called ‘silicone toe sleeves’ which are used to protect the toes from blisters. They are cheap, pliable, long-lasting and just the right size for compressing shafts of pretty much any diameter. I use 5-8 sleeves for this purpose, as they are pretty thin and one or two bands won’t compress enough.

4. Finally, check out the thread on ‘Firegoat rolls.’ This helps with edema from pumping and any discoloration that occurs with it.

Once you have some experience you can look into hard clamping and see if that is something you are interested in trying out but that is more advanced.
