Hey guys to paint a picture on why I ask this is because in 2009 when i joined i had a 6.75” BP and after about 6 months of PE i was up to about 7.25” BP. Now 11 years later after no longer doing PE or working out, I’ve gaining weight, went from like 10% BF to over 20%, working the 9-5 depressed a bit past few years, low T, i lost EQ and now I’m barely grazing 6.5” BP if i can get hard enough.

This is negative progress and I’m curious if it’s realistic to gain back what i’ve lost If i’m not feeling the best mentally. I been back on the newbie routine for the past few weeks. Hoping eq gets better but it hasn’t. About to start a progress post to keep me honest and consistent. But i feel like i need to lose weight and hit the gym too..

I guess i’m looking for some motivation from others. People who have lost size over the years and was able to get it back. Does anybody here have progress stories like that?

How old are you?

You should focus on getting in shape and work on both physical and mental helth. If your body and mind is in balance I’m sure that your EQ will get back to normal.
PE is the easy part here and only a bonus.

I feel the same way. Gotta drop some bodyfat and put on some muscle. That will for sure boost my confidence and probably flatten the fad pad a bit too.

I’m 31 man! Young buck just a lazy one at the moment haha.

Yep, stepped away from PE for a while and scared to measure, but sure I’m smaller than I was to start with.

Yes, I remember measuring 16cm bp when teenager. Started PE at 40 and I measures 14cm bone pressed. After few months I recovered and gained about 1cm. IMO due to excess masturbation.

FYI… the literature suggests that on average men lose about 35-40% of erect volume by age 65. From what I can tell this is completely avoided and even reversed by proper PE.

Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

I didn’t gain weight but still lost a bit of length because I stopped for a long period. Busy getting that back to the way it was. Seeing quick progress actually.

“size leaks”?

Body fat is a killer… Blood circulation and fat pad depth eat up c0ck. Plus it’s more tissues for blood to have to circulate thru. Get body fat to around 10%, and better if you can.

Depression. Being inside beat down by corona. Living with controlling wives who don’t have lust for you. Financial problems. Relationship issues. Those things cause depressions. you need to be living a life you enjoy and also taking care of your health.

Are you having regular sex? If I’m having sex with a lady whose into me that i’m highly attracted to I’m rewarded with larger flaciid hangs and erections so hard they are painful…

PE… If you stop your PE some of the size will be lost. In my case where i gained around 2” ( didn’t add US heat yet ), I lose .5”-1” with inactivity. So some PE is required to keep the gains. Instead of a newbie routine, it’s easier to use hanging and/or pumping. Pumping regularly can keep your size gains, with minimal efforts on your end. Pumping is enjoyable. Make sure you have sexual intercourse with that c0ck, it’s important.

Father time eventually gets the best of all of us. Which is why it’s very important to stay active and watch our diet! As we age we are all predisposed to have a certain degree of arteriosclerosis. Several recent studies by urologists suggest that a daily 5mg dose of Cialis is very beneficial to arterial health. Better blood flow throughout your entire body and penis! L-Arginine is also a good natural supplement that helps promote better blood flow. If you feel your penis has atrophied, I’d suggest some daily jelqing and hand stretching for 5-10 minutes and a Bathmate pump when you shower for 5-10 minutes, along with the L-Arginine and or the 5mg daily dose of Cialis. Any size you’ve lost should be restored in a couple weeks.

Thanks for the replies! I do take the L-arginine. I definitely need to get my bodyfat in check (I took a measurement of my fat pad and it’s 1.25”) , i haven’t been able to gain any size yet, But my eq is starting to get better. To answer LGHangers question, I do have sex regularly as of a few weeks ago. I was on a dry spell for almost a year because work became too much and I became depressed and lethargic, put on weight, ect.

Now i have a new girlfriend who is wicked attractive and wants to have sex just about every time we meet. My erections are getting harder and staying harder now after about a month of the newbie routine which is an improvement from when we first had sex, i couldn’t get really hard and when i did i’d lose the erection 10 minutes into it. I’m nowhere near the eq or stamina i used to be but it is getting better I fee like. I stay hard until I finish. But completely lose the stamina and can’t bounce back into another round yet, just won’t get hard again.

I was stretching everyday and jelqing 2 on 1 off. Now I stopped jelqing for 20 minutes and instead I stretch for 20 min and just do 50 wet jelqs after my stretch session everyday. I’m purely on a length mission until i can get past 7” on the ruler. Girth is over 5” and close to 6” at base so i just want that length right now.

But I’m glad to see others have hit this road and have bounced back!
