Have I hit a Hanging Plateau? LG Hanger
Hi guys
Hoping one of the big gainers can shed some light (and I’ve always had good advice on this forum). I’ve been hanging with the LG Hanger since March this year, which is following 6 months on the Bib hanger (I stopped as it was chewing through me.. I was hanging BTC) along with a year of manual stretches before that.
My routine is:
40-45min in the mornings followed by 5 min manual stretching
55 min in the evenings followed by 10 min manual stretching (broken out into 30min, 5 min break, 25min due to some blistering I had before)
I was at 17.5lb in this last week
Hanging angle is Straight Down (SD)
1 day off a week where I do no PE
To date, I only ever took 2 weeks off to heal from some initial serious blistering I got back in August
My gains on the LG hanger journey have been as follows:

So in summary:
BPSFL has increased by 3-4mm over the last 3-4 months - I.e. 1mm a month
BPEL has gone up 10mm since starting but has had no change since July
EL has gone up 7mm but has had no change since June
My goal has always been to increase my flaccid length (a self confidence thing, we are all here for a reason.), but the lack of erect growth concerns me as I don’t notice any immediately visible flaccid growth either, and I think 8 months should be a good time to notice major changes.
I have recently purchased a phallosan forte and have started wearing it 10 hours a day with special emphasis in wearing it for at least 2 hours immediately after my hanging sessions.
Due to some blistering and flaking skin on the glans, I have decided to take some days (a week?) off to heal up.
What could be the problem? And.. What do you guys suggest I do to kickstart the growth again (goal is to become a proper shower not a grower.)?
The questions running through my mind at the moment are:
Do I completely cut out all PE during this rest week or should I still use the Phallosan?
What weight would you say I go back on when I start again next week and would hanging SU/OTS be a good new approach?
Should I start including 10min of jelqs after the hanging sessions?
I must say, it feels very weird not to do any PE. I feel like my gains are disappearing by the minute..
