Heal, PE, Grow, Repeat.
Good day,
This progress report will about me healing my unit so that I can go back to building it again. I hope to advice, inspire but also learn new things by asking in here.
I’ve been doing PE on and off for 12 years, mostly off due to injuries, which I hope many of you will appreciate reading so that you can avoid hurting yourself.
To sum up my PE Life Story in a few rows:
- Started PE at the age of 20 with a 6” x 4.5” unit.
- Always wanted to pack on girth, it was THAT thing in life I always wanted but could never have.
- Did a lot of stretching, ADS and hanging, clamping, pumping and ULI’s for a couple of years and grew close to 8” by 4.75” MSEG and 5.6” BG.
- The only routine that started giving me huge expansion was water pumping + ULI’s in combination, but it also damaged me permanently (read below).
- I’ve bled many times from my unit and gone through many long healing phases due to damaged veins.
- I’ve had 2 surgeries due to PE; adult circumcision because my frenulum cracked and got inflamed after too much expansion (water pumping + ULI’s after), and varicocelectomy due to a massive varicocele development after doing water pumping + ULI’s.
Was it worth it?
Yes.
I may sound naive and crazy but I would go through all of it again just to have those gains. In hindsight, I would have done less, probably grown more and avoided some of the injuries. Also, I would definitely have excluded pumping.
Today, I am still healing from the varicocelectomy that I had 6 months ago. My urologist in SD, just like all urologists, have no idea why a varicocele develops. There are only theories out there. I’ve even heard about imbalanced pelvic floor (perhaps due to too many kegels). You can do a quick google to find out more about it if you’re interested. Knowing my body extremely well when it comes to injuries, I’m very certain that PE caused my varicocele, even though most people would tell me that the painful veins in the scrotum aren’t directly connected with your penis. Well, after stretching and pumping for years, wouldn’t it be possible to pull some of those veins in the scrotum higher up? So high that they now belong to the shaft of the penis? And now imagine if you do ULI’s on the shaft when the wrong veins are in the way.
The best evidence to prove my theory is the pain that comes back whenever I squeeze my unit. I can go weeks without pain but if I try a few light ULI’s, even in the mid section of the unit, the pain comes back instantly and the varicose veins swell up just like before surgery.
My biggest fear now isn’t the varicocele, but never being able to PE again. I will meet a new urologist soon to have another procedure done.
I am literally praying that my theory is proven wrong so that I can heal and go back to PE. I don’t wanna be stuck with my pencil-looking unit for all eternity.
Until then, I’m happy to answer any questions and to get more input on my condition. Maybe you’re in a similar boat? Maybe you have knowledge that could help me and other readers?
When/if I get well again, expect me to post here religiously regarding girth exercises and my progress. I’ll be as dedicated as before, but go slower than ever, which I believe will speed up the gains.
Thank you for reading and stay safe!
