Here my progress report - hanging only
Hello, my account is pretty old because I’ve been once interested in PE but as I didnt have the required privacy to practice I stayed far from it. Now my personnal situation has changed and I have all the privacy I need to start seriously.
Here are my dimensions :
BPEL : 6”
Flacid lenght : 4,1”
BPFSL : 5,9”
So I would say that I am pretty average. My routine is pretty simple as it is only hanging with the Captn Wench hanger. I’ve started today and my goal is to maintain a routine of 4x20 minutes sets a day, maybe more if I have time. I’m using 3 lbs for the moment and will increase by 0.5-1 lbs per week as it is recommended. My goal is to reach 1 more inch in lenght.
