Hello, my account is pretty old because I’ve been once interested in PE but as I didnt have the required privacy to practice I stayed far from it. Now my personnal situation has changed and I have all the privacy I need to start seriously.

Here are my dimensions :

BPEL : 6”
Flacid lenght : 4,1”
BPFSL : 5,9”

So I would say that I am pretty average. My routine is pretty simple as it is only hanging with the Captn Wench hanger. I’ve started today and my goal is to maintain a routine of 4x20 minutes sets a day, maybe more if I have time. I’m using 3 lbs for the moment and will increase by 0.5-1 lbs per week as it is recommended. My goal is to reach 1 more inch in lenght.

I will list my progression here, each week if possible to see if PE works for me. Wish me good luck!

It has been 6 days I’m practicing, It seems my flacid has increased but I’m waiting tomorrow to take all the measures, even if I don’t think I’ve gained anything in BPEL/BPFSL. I took a semi day off yesterday by doing only 1 set with 3,5 lbs. The other days I did 3 set the morning and 2 set afternoon.

I’m thinking about getting the “malehanger”, since it has good reviews and is pretty fair priced compared to the others, any advice ?

Welcome to the forum, if you have not I will suggest you look at the newbie routine which is less time intensive, can yield easy gains and will prepare your dick for the journey ahead.

Thank you for participating. I actually did the newbie routine but it has done nothing so as I am aiming lenght for the moment I think that hanging is the best for me. Also, I really feel the streches on my ligs after every set, this is very satisfying because I feel something is going on around my penis, which is motivating.

Here are my measure after one week of my routine (so I basically warm up, do some manual stretches then start the hanging session, and warm up after every set).

BPEL : 6,19”
Flacid : 4,33”
BPFSL : 6,1”

So it seems I gained a little bit but I know that if I stop the ligs could rebuild and make my penis smaller than before, those gains are not cemented and I may lost them all if I am not rigorous enough. I will keep going and try to update this topic, some day its hard but I know the me of the future will thank me, lol.

I started one month ago with the BIB starter and it’s a pretty good one. Lot of people say that malehanger is a copy of the Bib hardcore.

Personnaly I think Bib is the one who create this kind of hanger so I much prefer to give my money to him even if it’s a little more expensive. (we will get a bigger penis thanks to this device so I think that is not overpriced!). Moreover I had a problems with a little injury one day and Bib reply to me directly with everything I had to know! And answered all my questions! He told me to create an account on the Bib forum because there is a big hanger community but I don’t really like it. That is not a clear forum I much prefer thundersplace.

Anyway, the malehanger should be really close to the Bib hardcore so go for it if you want to save money.

I’ll keep an eyes on your journey. Hope you gonna get the penis you want haha

PE of today accomplished, 4x20 minutes set hanging 4 lbs. Really feeling the lig stretches, as usual, but a light pain appeared on the very base of my dong, but I don’t know if I have to worry about that since I feel it only when I touch that area and that some ligs are under it.. So that’s all, I keep following my routine religiously, and I’ll take some measures friday to see If I already gained something. Cya guys

Progress report after 2nd week of PE !

BPEL : 6,41”
Flacid lenght: 4,33”
BPFSL : 6,1” (same as before)

This is awesome, this is working for the moment, and I am not even hanging a lot (only 4 lbs). I thought it would take month to gain anything but now I am convinced : I have to continue to hang whatever it takes.

The decimal are because I am converting from cm to inch as is it the most used unit here.

Thank you ! I have seen your progress report and you are a model of attendance, I hope I will manage to stay as regular as you are.

1 set 20 min 4 lbs
1 set 13 min 5 lbs (couldn’t do it more)
1 set 10 min 5 lbs (couldn’t do it more)

I think it is ok for today I feel hugely sore, I think that for the moment 5 lbs is the right weight

Only 3 set done today
1st with 4 lbs for 20 min
2nd with 5 lbs for 20 min
3nd with 5 lbs for 15 min, couldn’t do more, but right after I removed the hanger, the upper area was bluer than the lowest area (it went back to normal litteraly 1 sec after the hanger was removed), which suppose that I may have tighten the wrap too much, or the hanger itself. The problem is that if I don’t, the whole thing will slip. Maybe It is time for me to invest for a “true” hanger.

Anyway, I feel like this is working, especially on my flacid lenght. Can’t wait to see if I’m dreaming or if it is real. I’m holding myself back to measure now and will wait friday, as usual.

I started over 5 years ago with 6.25 length and 5.25 girth after a year I stopped at 7.5 and 6 inch girth. I recently began hanging with 9lbs trying 3 sessions a day for the past 2 months and went to 7 5/8 to 6 1/6 girth. Goal is 8 to 8.25 with 6.25-6.5 girth
