Hernia Hinguinal Surgery Post Operacion

Hernia Hinguinal Surgery Post Operacion

Hola A Todos,

Me Operaron Hace Año Y Medio De Hernia Inguinal Bilateral Por Cirugia Abierta, Anterior A La Cirugia Ya Habia Realizado Varios Ejercicios Para El Pene Con Resultados Moderados Y Hasta Temporales. Quiero Volverlos A Retomarlos Pero Tengo Temor A Que Con El Esfuerzo Me Pudiese Volver A Salir La Hernia, Alguien De Favor Que Le Hayan Practicado Dicha Cirugia Y Que Me Pudiese Compartir Su Experiencia Con Los Ejercicios Post Operacion Se Lo Agardeceria Mucho.
Saludos

Hi Everyone,

I Operated A Year And A Half Ago For Bilateral Inguinal Hernia By Open Surgery, Before The Surgery I Already Performed Several Exercises For The Penis With Moderate And Even Temporary Results. I Want To Take Them Back But I’m Afraid That With The Effort I Could Return The Hernia, Someone Please Have Practiced Such Surgery And That I Could Share Their Experience With The Post-operation Exercises.
Cheers

Talk with your doctor and ask if he agrees that you can continue with PE exercises.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I had an epigastric hernia open repair without mesh four months ago.

After ten days I was back on PE train just with less intensity.

After a month I pushed myself as much as I did before and I do to this day.

My defect was small 1.5 cm protruding through 5mm hole in connective tissue above the belly button.

To this day no signs of hernia coming back.

Guy above my post says consult your doctor, well problem with that they have no clue about PE so he would say do not do it regardless of hernia issues.

I would suggest try going really lightly, slowly and carefully just like I did and add intensity if you feel like your body can take it.

Thing is my dude, year and a half is a long time and your repair should not impact your life too much now.

I even think when I am going to go back to physical labor and exercises like pullups and lifting weights and it has been only four months since my repair.

I mean regardless of kind of repair or size of the defect recovery is maximum 6 months according to bunch of scientific articles that I have read concerning hernia .

I guess you worry to much, try some light stretching and jelqing cautiously and see if you feel fine if you do continue.

If you are going to get hernia again possibly by using one hand then you are going to get it back 100% when you start humping a hoe.
