How Far Would Jelqing Take Me?

I was scrolling through before-and-after pics of PE results and found out that clamping was the common method used. This was my first time reading about this method aside from pumps, weights, and jelqing. I’m planning starting a jelqing routine (currently at 6” BPEL x 5”) but I was wondering if it’s really an effective method and would bring good results. I haven’t really found before-and-after pics that specifically came from the jelqing method.
Anyone here might have links where I could see those results (no homo)? Also, to those who use jelqing as their method, is it really efficient and safe to be doing 100-120 reps rather than 20-50 reps per session (once a day, every other day)? I’m worried about the complications that might come from overdoing it.
