I’ve only been doing a regular PE routine for a few months so I’m a newbie but do a lot of reading on the subject.
My 1st advice is to hit the search button & read as many threads as you can, this question has been asked many times
& There are many veterans who have shared their hard earned knowledge & advice on the subject.
Many people are sharing their progress as they try different techniques & of course there are also many conflicting opinions
So its important to read as much as you can & try to form your own.
I know there are lots of manual exercises for girth which many advise starting with.
Personally girth comes easier than length, I have been using a Hydromax X30 waterpump for nearly 2months, I’ve clocked up over 10hrs using it most nights 4x5mins.
For me there were instant temp gains that look great. I can pump from 5”3 to 6”3, even if its not permanent it looks amazing!
I’m sure a portion of that is water retention but most appears to be blood drawn into the corpus cavernosa.
This fades over 24hrs but some size seams (so far) to stay. I’m also pretty sure I’ve gained about 5/8”th when I’ve measured after a few days off. Only time will tell.
I’m logging my progress & will post when I’ve get some decent data. I’ve seen no major length EL increase so far & I use an extender about 3hrs a day also with a small
Amount of stretching & jelqing.

Good luck & let us know how you get on. Bathmate, Hydromax & penomet pumps are all worth looking at in my opinion.
