October 1st will be my official four week point in my PE journey.

At this point I’ve pretty well internalized the schedule of 2 on/1 off. It’s just something I schedule in, rain or shine, and get done. I’m doing 10-15 minutes of rice sock heat, about 12-15 minutes of stretching (out, up, left, right, 360 pulls) doing about 20-30 kegels in each stretch, 12-15 minutes of wet jelqing, and then 15-30 minutes of edging. Some things I’ve noticed:

1. Stretching too hard is a bad thing. I stretch moderately now, and instead of holding for a set amount of time, I choose to do my kegels while I stretch. My exact process is to create a moderate stretch, do 20-30 complete kegels (not long holds, and making sure to completely relax kegel muscles between kegels), and then shake my dick out briefly before the next stretch. This makes stretching last longer, but I think maintaining a lot of circulation is really important and it definitely makes my unit feel better. Adding in the jelqs, I probably do about 200-300 kegels every PE workout. My EQ is great.

2. Jelqing too hard is a bad thing too. I’ve found that I get the best results if I have take a *moderate* grip and take my time with technique. I take 5 full seconds to perform the jelq with one hand, then grip the base with my other hand and hold for 3 seconds (capturing the blood between the grips with mild pressure — again, nothing too intense). After 3 seconds, I continue with the other hand to perform the next 5 second jelq. Ensuring my penis is not getting choked by too much gripping pressure has really helped me stay full and hang full for a while after without the feeling that I overdid it.

3. I haven’t measured yet, and I don’t intend to until December 1st (my 3 month point), but my PI’s are excellent. I’m hanging lower, bigger, etc. I have no intention of changing my routine or increasing my times. I can get my whole PE workout done in about 45-1hr 15min depending on the edging, and that’s a good time for me. Also, my attitude towards PE has solidified even further into a LONG TERM viewpoint. I’m in this for the long haul. I don’t care how big I am I right now, that’s not going to matter in 2 years.

QUESTIONS

1. OFF-DAYS - My general attitude is “workout on workout days, rest on rest days” but I was wondering, is there anything wrong with doing piss pulls, light squeezes, and fluffing (all very gently) just randomly throughout the day for a few secs after the bathroom? Is that something I should not do? What about kegels? Can I do any on my off days or am I probably just better off keeping them on the workout days only?

2. EDGING - I don’t watch porn or look at overtly pornographic images. I’ve never been addicted or that sort of thing, but I have other personal reasons. I typically read erotic fiction or look at normal images/photographs to keep it going. That said I have one question:

Is there any benefit from edging without the PONR stop-start ing? I sometimes don’t feel like doing the whole PONR thing and am just OK with maintaining a high % erection for 15-30 minutes. As I understand it, edging (unclamped) doesn’t directly add to the gains, BUT it is good for circulation and I can certainly see the difference of a session where I edged and where I didn’t. I can even see the difference between a session where I PONR’d 3-5 times without finishing and a session where I didn’t get to the PONR at all but maintained a high % E. I’m thinking about only edging to PONR when I feel like it OR just every other training session with a brief 10 minute circulation edge where I get to the PONR just once.

1. I would say this is a personal question. Puss pulls aren’t exactly DLD Blaster level tugs so…I wouldn’t think it’d be too bad but I avoid any exercise on off days personally. Kegels and edging are common for off days. Sometimes I do em. Sometimes not.

2. Edge how you want to. PONR edging is tricky. A lot of times I don’t do it cuz its easy to orgasm. PONR is more beneficial but without it, holding an erection for 3 hours is still good. Avoid images iF possible, as porn can screw with EQ. PE to erotica, as the addiction factor is lower but it’s less intense stimuli, so switching to porn makes it harder to use erotica again later. I wish I had stayed with erotica, honestly. But many of the stories I like I can’t recall and aren’t as effective.

Your attitude is great. Just stay flexible with it, keep your moderate attitude and after week 5or 6 take a week (7 days off). You are doing great.

But just getting erect doesn’t do it (for me) I really need to be in that top 2%-5% of my erection to squeeze out the last half an inch in length, because that’s what I grow between 90% (solid erection) and 98% (edging level).

That said, don’t force yourself. If you feel sore and don’t want to edge, don’t edge. If your PIs are bad, skip a work out day. Hope that helps!

1. Good to know, thanks for your input. I’ll do my longer kegel holds on my off days and keep my short pumps on my on days for my workouts as long as I don’t feel any negative PIs. I like doing a few squeezes and light stretches throughout the day. Just “plumping” really, but it feels good to remind, as you say.

2. Gotcha. I prefer to edge as a workout finisher instead of doing it later in the day, but I’ll stick to going to PONR at least 3-5 times when I feel like it, and if I feel not so much like it, I’ll just do it once. Thanks again for your input. You’re quite a ways ahead of me, but hopefully I’ll be following you soon. :-)

There is NOTHING to be afraid of. Decon doesn’t hurt anything. Gains are lost over months of doing nothing, not days. And even then, if gains are cemented…then they are there to stay. That is my guarantee.

I’ll go ahead and plan for a decon week at the end of every 6 week cycle: 5 weeks on/1 week off. That’ll give me two cycles per 3 months, which is my evaluation period anyway.

I’m basically looking at the next two years and breaking them down into 3 month sections with measurements/photos at the end of each one.

Keep a good log. I didn’t and still don’t. The beginning is the most important.

“BRIEF” RECAP

Just to recap, I committed to doing at least 8 three month cycles, taking the slow and steady approach, focusing primarily on length goals first and girth goals second.

My routine is simply:
STEP 1) 10 minutes hot rice soak (I get it so hot that I use a t-shirt to wrap myself from getting burned). I do this so I begin with both layers of the t-shirt folded around myself and as it cools, open the shirt and only use one layer of the t-shirt. It’s extremely easy (I throw it in the microwave for about 4 minutes) and stays hot the entire time. Also before I wrap my unit with the t-shirt/rice sock, I tend to stretch out a little and then wrap the sock around it like a tube. For me, this results in a very warm and gently stretched out unit before I even begin my actual work.

STEP 2) 12-15 minutes of stretching while doing kegels: I stretch approximately 45 seconds out, 45 seconds up, 20-30 seconds to left and then 20-30 seconds to right. I do not stretch very hard, but at the same time I try to keep a moderate amount of force going. I pump 1 sec. Kegels during all the stretches but I use a timer to stay on track for the time because I’m not always that consistent with my timing..

STEP 3) 12-15 minutes of wet jelqs: First I use olive oil because it’s the cheapest thing I have lying around and it only takes a little bit of it to go the entire session. I like this because it really doesn’t result in a “wet” jelq, just a smooth one. Secondly, I do not do these jelqs very hard. I’ve learned that if you do them too hard you will start losing blood flow to your unit (I.e. Lose the percentage of erection) thereby making your workout less impactful and the next day your unit will be smaller and weaker feeling. Instead, I start with a kegel, clamp down with one hand producing a lot of blood pressure, hold for a sec, ease off the pressure and slowly (3-5 seconds) jelq down the length of my unit. Then, I kegel again, clamp with the other hand, and while I hold the second clamp for a sec, I squeeze VERY GENTLY at the end of my unit (about 1/2” from the start of the tip) to produce a bit more pressure, and then a release the hand at the tip, and continue with the next 3-5 sec. Jelq. Hope that’s not too confusing, but the end result is I take my sweet time, don’t go too hard, and make sure that I can keep a fluffy unit. If for a SECOND I start to lose erection AT ALL, I back the hell off the jelqs instantly and ease up. The blood will come right back if you catch it early.

Also, when my leading hand releases the slight squeeze at the tip (NOT ON THE TIP tho) I’ll take a second to stroke the head just a second or two to help keep the erection percentage high enough. This is my personal experience, for what it’s worth, but this helps me maintain an extremely consistent erection percentage throughout the session, and by being very sensitive to my unit I stay puffed up and heavy pretty much all the time.

I’ve been doing this exact routine 2 days on, 1 day off, religiously for the last three months. I have missed 0 days. The only extended periods I had off were 4 days during the 5th and 10th weeks as a decon period. I made a calendar just for PE (and other important daily habits), and check it off as I go. That keeps my head in the game and helps me focus on each day.



The Actual Update

Yesterday marked the end of my first three month cycle. There were times during those three months that I wanted to measure SO bad but I refused because giving into the short term anticipation of results would feed the short-term based attitude that holds so many of us back in so many areas of our lives. I committed to the long term, the short term doesn’t really matter as long as I’m making progress. Checking too often would just make it easier to get disappointed, overly excited, etc.

Anyway, the results are in.

BPEL Increase: 0.5”
MSEG Increase: 0.15

Current Measurements:
BPEL: 6.75” (from 6.25)
MSEG: 4.75” (from 4.6)

Well, guys, I can’t believe I’m gained 1/2” in 3 months. I feel like some of this probably has something to do with EQ, but even in the past when I had excellent EQ I have NEVER seen myself this big. Thanks to monitoring my PI, working out/lifting weights (non-PE, eating healthily, sleeping 8-9 hours a night) and just generally getting my sh** together, I get morning wood/sleep wood ALL the time, and (I kid you not) my unit is fluffed a lot of the time and stays larger and denser feeling for a long time. I’m not a scientist, but based on my experience, I’d say overall testosterone levels has a big influence on your size. When I workout, get enough protein/fats/carbs, sleep well and enough, my PIs are excellent. Miss a night or two of good sleep and they tank. Take it for what it’s worth.



Future Plans
I don’t expect to gain 1/2” every three months, but this has been great. I will continue with my eight 3-month cycles, doing the exact routine mentioned above. I have no intention of changing it until I reach my length goal of 8”. Once I get there, whenever that is, I’ll probably read up on cementing gains, follow a protocol to cement those gains, and then focus mostly on increasing girth. I don’t actually want to be larger than 8x6, but I’m giving myself at least another year and 9 months to get close.

==PROGRESS UPDATE 2 — END OF CYCLE 2 (months 3-6)

Yesterday I completed month 6 since I started PE on September 1st, 2016. I’ve had two 3 month cycles since then. I gained well with the first, but with the second, I believe I hit what you would call a plateau.

After a little more than 2/3 though my second 3 month cycle, I measured and noticed nothing had really changed, even though I had been perfectly consistent and had experienced nothing but positive PIs as far as EQ, fluffiness, etc.

So with a few weeks left, I switched my program from the once you can find in my posts above to the one directly below:

==THE NEW PROGRAM



1. 10 min. Heated rice soak

2. 4 rounds: 20 helicopter spins + 30 second stretch to (left, right, out, or up) + 5-10 360 degree circle stretches. —> Each round you stretch in a different direction, but everything else stays the same.

3. 12-14 min/6-7 rounds: 1 min. Stretch straight out + 45-55 seconds Uli/squeeze + a few seconds to shake loose.

4. 5 min. Very slow and controlled jelqs.



==THE RESULTS

In the last few weeks, I went from where I was at the end of the last cycle (BPEL=6.73”, MSEG=4.7”) to the following: BPEL=6.75” and MSEG = 4.75”

This makes me think I should stick with my new program for at least a month and see what happens. It feels good and always leaves me with great PIs. I wouldn’t be surprised if I stop getting gains from it soon, though.

Which leads me to my two questions for this update..

==TWO QUESTIONS:
1. Although I’d absolutely LOVE to start working on hanging so I can eventually combine it with pumping for a hands free PE routine, I don’t believe I can hit the volume necessary (10 hrs from what I’ve read) to make it worthwhile at this point. I could probably only do 1 hour each session but with the rests, I don’t know. In this case, what else I can do as far as manual stretches to work on length?

2. When measuring, should you kegel to absolutely max out your erection? I figured you should as that would be your maximal size for the amount of blood you can get in. Also, I have a slight upward curve in my unit. If I gently straighten it while I’m measuring BPEL, it gets me to about 6.87” pretty easily. As I have PE’d the curve has become only marginally more noticeable (I think it looks good though so I have no problem with it) so I’m thinking it might be hiding gains ever so slightly.

To everyone here who provides their experience and information so generously. I’ve been extremely busy so I haven’t been posting, just concentrating on consistently putting the work in and listening to my body.

UPDATE 9/18/17

Since the last update (March this year) I have conducted several experiments to try to break through a plateau I hit at 6.8/6.9 BPEL and settled on a 5 day a week, 20-25 minute stretching routine (3 min stretch down + 30 sec. Helicopter spins for total time) with a 10 minute intense rice sock warmup. This was my core routine, no jelqs or anything else, but throughout the day (3-5 times a day) I would stretch for about 3-5 minutes (1 min stretch down + 15 sec. Helicopter for 3-5 rounds). This broke through my plateau and I easily achieved 7” by about July if I recall correctly. I’ve maintained this routine until September 1st, where I measured 7.15” BPEL, making it a full 1 inch gain in BPEL for my first year.

Another exciting thing is that I’ve been on deload since September 1st, and measured last night to find my BPEL has not budged at all. My gains are sticking so far.

My life has been hectic, so maintaining PE has been difficult (I will say, however, I very rarely missed a single planned day in my first year), but the next 3-4 months will be on another level of chaotic. I’ll try to fit in AM session a few times a week plus continue my near daily intermittent stretching routine until it settles down in late January/Feb. I’m fine with maintaining/cementing my gains until then, and then being able to experiment with hanging.

At the moment, I am very pleased that I’ve added a full inch to my length in one year. To my younger, more impatient and foolish self that would have seemed like a long time, but for me now, I have my eyes on the game several years ahead. I am prepared to invest 1-3 more years going forward to build up to approx 8-8.5x6” that I can maintain for the rest of my life (hopefully). Since I intend to hang, at least maintaining will become easier as I get older since ligaments and tendons tend to become more flexible the older you are. :-)

Only thing I might say is learn to love the journey (doing the exercises) more than the destination (seeing gains) and you will be set for life in PE. I was goal obsessed for very long, and one I just thought, why? Your in this for life, just enjoy it. And that’s when everything changed.

That’s exactly how I feel. I love the journey. If I gain, that’s great. If not, that’s ok too. My primary goal in PE is to improve and maintain EQ. Everything else is secondary. But man do I love the whole process. Like you, Pleasing, I’m in it for life.
