Introduction: Returning to PE

New to Thunder’s Place, but not to PE. I could tell from the tone of the posts and how everyone supports one another here that this is a great place to learn and contribute. Thank you to everyone who contributes questions and/or incredibly helpful information.
I’m excited to be re-starting PE surrounded by so many successful PE practitioners!
In 2021, I reached a weight loss goal. Starting this year, I wanted a new personal challenge or two. Enter Thunder’s Place.
Several years ago, I did jelqing and manual stretching for several months and had good gains. My BPEL grew ~0.25”. As other guys have noted, a more substantial or noticeable improvement can happen in flaccid hang. My flaccid hang was noticeably heftier and longer (for the first time in my life, a guy in the locker room commented to his buddy, “Did you see that guy?”). Girth was more difficult to measure, but anecdotally based on my wife’s reactions during sex (started achieving her first orgasm much more quickly than usual), I knew that PE worked!
What are my PE goals?
Erect girth: +0.25” at the base
Heftier, longer flaccid hang
A second goal: lower hanging twins.
My nuts hang fairly low at the usual moments: when warm and relaxed. But I’m excited to try a ball stretching weight.
I’m planning to use heat, jelqing and manual stretching (the newbie routine) as well as some tissue healing salve. For the ball stretching, I picked up a do nut weight from The Chain Gang. Since this is my first time with ball stretching, I look forward to learning more from you guys!
Starting stats:
BPEL: 7.0”
Erect girth (base): 5.0”
Flaccid: I find my flaccid length varies quite a bit, and therefore very difficult to measure so I don’t plan to track flaccid progress.
I’ll try posting some starting pics especially of my twins since that’s a new endeavor for me.
