If you drill it in to the top of the cylinder it would probably make for the best solution. Then you can seal it and screw it into place if you can place a nut on the inside of the cylinder (for which you might have to fashion a tool). This all depends on your competency with tools.

This is not going to be a nice solution. The cylinder is probably the wrong size for you. The gauge will add weight and make the cylinder less stable. But it might be your best option if you can’t buy a brake bleeder pump.

You’ll need a brass tee and 2 hose barb x npt male fittings, all in the size to fit the gauge and hose. Your existing hose may not work for this application. A silicon (or vinyl) hose is a very good replacement. Silicon is very flexible, vinyl less so. If you find the correct size replacement silicon hose which fits your existing cylinder fitting, make sure the barb fittings are the same size.

You can buy brass fittings that thread onto the brass thread of the vacuum gauge. You’re looking for a T-fitting. That way you can connect one end to the gauge, and two pieces of tube on each side of the T. One tube goes to your pump, one tube goes to your cylinder, with the gauge between them.

You just need to find the thread size of the gauge’s connector, then find the diameter of the tubing you are using, then get the correct fitting.
You might need an adapter from the thread of the gauge to a smaller thread on the T fitting.

You can search Amazon or if you have mcmaster-carr,( they have ALL the fittings and adapters in the world) in Iran.

That is the standard brake bleeder kit, found all over the world and all come from china. They’re all the same so just find the cheapest or closest or shortest delivery time, whatever metric is most important to you.

You are also the only person who will know if you can connect the hose in the brake bleeder kit to your cylinder. You may be able to remove the current hose from the fitting and replace it with the vinyl hose in the brake bleeder kit. If the existing hose is different size, you’ll need a barb hose splicer/joiner, in the proper size to fit the two hoses.

Brake bleeder is more convenient and a better pump. No difference in gauge accuracy or safety or results. The fittings can be found at any hardware store, Amazon, plumbing supply and perhaps an automotive parts store.

I found two model from Iran online shop.

White color is cheaper but I think red one is better but its price is 3.5 time more expensive than white one.

A good pumping routine often includes jelqing. You need to at least move the blood around a bit.
