Ok, with 7” NBPEL, the pump may be on its limit. So, you may succeed with the tissue I proposed above.

I already have a cheap pump device.but does not have gauge . I want buy a new air pump that have gauge for safer penis enlargement .You can see this vacuum pump picture in attachment.

In my region only have this pump that have gauge with psi bar unit .There is not LA pump or Leluv or other brand in my local shop and order these brand from internet is so expensive for me.Is this pump device safe ? Is psi pressure unit accurate for safe pumping.I know that 5Hg=2.5psi but is this gauge good for monitoring and safer pumping !? Can I have 0,5 inch permanent girth gain only by using this device after one year consistent usage !? I don’t like other PE exercise .

Model in amazon is same with my local shop model.but a bit different in hand pumping. amazon hand pump is harder.

The trouble with these combined systems is that they have limited size options and it’s all connected together. A slightly more expensive option would be

These are just examples, look at amazon and ebay and see if you can buy from a different vendor cheaper, checking the reviews. You might also need to buy the male part of the valve to connect to the cylinder but check what you get before you order that. It’s probably another $5-10.

You can go for a much more expensive cylinder later if you have the cash.

Then as you need a different cylinder, you can just buy that. Or you can have two cylinders, one for length and one for girth. I’d expect that solution to be more hardy. This is how you work out your cylinder size

Thanks for your informative post.Unfortunately in Iran I can only buy that model.Buy from amazon is not easy and cheap for my country :( Now I use from a simple vacuum pump without gauge.But I am afraid from injury.I use from that simple vacuum pump for 3 month without any problem.Some time I have a bit red spot and swelling that is temporary.But I am afraid from permanent injure and decide to buy that model with gauge.One of the bad thing about that model is that we can not remove pressure gauge from cylinder to be lighter for penis ;) Some times I do my job while have cylinder on my cock.Or I do vacuum pump in bathroom that I guess water corrupt that pressure gauge.When I have 3 month vacuum usage without any problem.Can I continue my pumping routine with my simple vacuum pump that does not have gauge !?

This is my vacuum pump.I use it 3 to 4 day of week.Each day I have 2 or 3 session for 20 minute.

You can buy a vacuum gauge and splice it into the hose of the rig you already have. Auto parts or farm supply stores usually carry them, or you can find them at various places online.

As Andy says, you can buy a brake bleeder pump anywhere you can buy car repair equipment.

You can also make a cylinder from piping or probably get one made for you from piping.

I think your image had URLs on it so it was removed. If you’re using a pump without a gauge it’s very easy to overdo the pressure.

Thanks AndyJ for your good and creative idea.I have a medical blood pressure meter in my home.That is analog and I think it have mmHg unit for measuring pressure.Can I use from that !? I search in google 127mmHg=5Hg :)

But what is your suggestion for merge and assembly my blood pressure and vacuum pump without failure and have excellent hand made vacuum pump with accuracy and be easy to use !? Is it possible ?

Your blood pressure cuff meaures pressure; you need a gauge that measures vacuum. Any vacuum gauge will work. The ones commonly used for automobile diagnostics have fittings the right size to match most pump tube hoses.

Is this vacuum meter good for my usage !? But how can I attach this model to hose!?There is more model in my local online shop.but they have psi unit.only this model have mmHg.

Either of those would work if you can cut them into your pump without leaks. Most guides here use inches hg, so you’d need to convert.

25.4 mmHG = 1 inHG

This should not be a problem. Simplified, you can calculate with 25 mm.
