In my region only I can this air pump .Is this pump device safe ? Can I have 0,5 inch girth gain only by using this device !? This air pump is very cheap and simple .buying this or wet jelqing is better for girth gain ?

It will work, sort of, but it’s more of a novelty or toy.

The pump is awkward to use. The hose is too short. The tube is large in diameter, judging from the dimensions on the gaskets, and relies on the thin gaskets to seal. The large diameter will promote edema and allow your penis to curve inside the tube, perhaps in a direction you don’t want. And there’s no vacuum gauge. You can injure yourself without a gauge.

There’s a sticky here about how to properly size a tube. Get a properly-sized tube and a hand pump with a gauge; if you buy this thing, you’ll find its limitations and wind up doing that anyway.

My first few pumps were not sized correct and were sex shop pumps. They worked but were not efficient due to tube size and quality. Please read the choosing your tube size thread to determine the size you need and buy a quality tube and pump sized correctly. I use a leluv tube and pump and love their products. Cost more, but last and are correctly sized. You really need to read as much as you can in the pumping forum first.

Problem is not money.In persia vacuum pump brand is limited and most of the vacuum pump in iran created for ED and is not good for PE.some of other vacuum created by china and I think they are not good.I will search more and find a better one and put its picture heer

Just wondering if the electric led screen pumping is worth while? Hand pumps with gauges seem to end up being around 150$ where I live. This is around 80$.

I am not sure if I have understood you correctly. If your glans closes the opening where the air is sucked out, then just put a piece of tissue in the VP. Then your glans would still touch the tissue, but the air can be sucked off. This would be length restricted pumping, which should not be an issue for girth gains.

At what pressure do you hold for how long?

If I were you, I would start with 100 - 125 mmHG (4 - 5 inHG) for 30 min. Then there should be no dough nut.

My current VP does not have gauge.when I bought VP that china power up pump that have gauge there was not in my country at the time.
