Hello Hello..
I’m not goin to get into all this “hi my name is” shit now..

Been using an x4 for about a month now, and apparently, I’m part of the self-reported “clinical trial”.. So here’s is just another place for me to log my progress and discuss it with my adoring public.

From my start:
Flaccid Length: ~12.56 cm
Flaccid Circumference: 10.16 cm
Erect Length: 20.25 cm
Erect Circumference: 14 cm

Today:
Flaccid Length: 13 cm
Flaccid Circumference: N/A
Erect Length: 20.5 cm
Erect Circumference: 14.51 cm

Soooo.. On the up-and-up? Lol

My avg is about 4 hrs a day.. Some more, some less.

My first few weeks were spent wearing it at too high a tension.. I lightened up a bit and found I was able to wear it for longer with much less discomfort. I have a little rig I use to keep it from sitting on my prostate, because the thing juts out and tends to fall under it’s own weight.

All in all, I think I’m having fun so far..

Any tips? (No pun intended.)

I don’t have a goal.. As big as possible, I suppose. Lol. I don’t know if the size I want is even possible, let alone possible with this little rod extender.

I am all about L E N G T H. So, I really don’t care what the circ. Of my cock is. I am fine with having a long, thin cock, which I think is more attractive, anyway. The big oil-can cocks gross me out.

Like the title says, I should have takes measurements yesterday before submitting. The last stats were from 7/8/17.. I got curious and measured again yesterday.. Here is the updated version of the stats:

EBPL - 22.4cm
FBPL - 15cm
ECirc - 12.5cm
FCirc - 10cm

Looks like I dropped some flaccid circumference, and my flaccid length isn’t changed from the last time. I find it difficult to get a good measure of flaccid, unless I stretch it out first, or get a semi chub.

Looks like I am indeed getting longer while erect. This is amazing, but I wonder if it’s just confirmation bias.

.If I pass the 23cm mark in the next month or so, I guess I will know it isn’t confirmation bias.

OKAY! So.. I said I took a week off, and it seems like I gained over the break.. Is that possible? I wouldn’t see how. But I have made gains nonetheless.

I didn’t take a ECirc measurement, because I forgot. Better luck next time.

I did have trouble getting a good erect measurement. I normally take about 3-5 measurements and average them and use the most consistent result as the final measurement, but this time I did at least 8 measurements, and got varying results. I was not feelin’ sexy at all yesterday, and my sleep-cycle has been bad for the past week.. So maybe that has something to do with it. I certainly couldn’t keep my attention on the porn I used to get hard for the check-ins, so.. Yeah something wasn’t right w/ me. I have the metric listed as two separate measurements, because of the inconsistency in my erections. One of the measurements I only got 19cm, and I know I am bigger than that, now.

More often than not, it came up as a split between 22.7cm and 23cm. I said I would believe this is working for sure, and it wouldn’t be natural variation in the tumescence of my penis, if I hit the 23cm mark, but .. This was too objectively inconclusive. I am happy to eat my hat if I measure again tomorrow, as X4 Labs has you check in every two days.. Or the data they collect would be inaccurate, and I measure about 23cm more consistently, with better quality erections.

.A 23cm erection is pretty high-quality I do say. Lol

Anyway.. On to other things.

I have already noticed my erections looking bigger, and my flaccid state is looking good too. No injuries have occurred, and he looks happy and healthy. :) I can also, once again, reach my penis head to my mouth.. I used to be able to do this when I was younger.. With little problem. I was not athletic, but I did have a remarkable flexibility for being so sedentary, even my doctor mentioned that on numerous occasions. But I lost that flexibility over the years, and I had attempted to auto-felate several times before using the x4, with no success. I’m not able to get it in there like I used to, but I hope to get there soon.

What?. It’s a kink of mine! Le’me alone. :D

After an hour or two in “the rig”, I usually manually stretch and tug, just to stop the turtling effect. Does turtling actually effect the gains? This is an unknown. I also don’t know if I am the only one who gets this after using an extender, but I get a rush of sexual energy after my sessions. I will sometimes edge for hours when I get this feeling. This concerns me, because I have seen people say you need to wrap it up and put it away; to not jerk off after a session, or you’ll decrease gains. My response is confusion, because it seems logical that if the penis fills with blood after a stretch, that would help maintain the gains. That is just my uninformed take on this, as there is no medical research on this.. At all.

However, Priapisms have been known to increase penile size, if they last long enough. Growing up, I didn’t know that my rather painful 3 hour+ erections that I couldn’t get rid of were actually helping my penis get larger, and therefore.. I should have been proud to walk around in school with it. Lol .I joke, but.. I have heard this effect can extend to people who “edge”, and I certainly do that.

FYI: I was never told I had pirapisms as a teen.. I didn’t know about them until I was well into my twenties.. And I would still get them, just not as frequently.

Maybe this applies, but I can’t know for sure.

Making gains over breaks is common. The tissue repair cycle is much longer than the sleep cycle we naturally assume does most of the work in PE. It’s the same reason deconditioning is a huge deal around here.

“Wrapping” thing? Not sure what you’re referring to.

Deconditioning is just taking extended breaks to give the tissues a rest. When we heal for longer periods tissue reconstruction becomes a more fully finished process. I’ve written on it at length in “My Methods” in my signature.

A thought on stability

This is really great how your are constantly making progress.

But I have a question about girth. I know you “only” aim for length, but I somehow have a feeling that there is a need for some girth too. I mean it’s just a thought, nothing based on scientific numbers. My feeling is just that a bit more girth could add stability as the CS and CC are filled with more blood then and wheen having your erection it would be more resistant to bending forces. Because a bent penis as injury during action should be avoided at any price!

I mean it’s just a thought, but I might start thinking about some jelqing as basic girth exercise too.

Yeah, I am pretty surprised at the gains, too. I still wonder if they are real or not, though.

As far as gaining girth, I appear to have gained a bit, yeah. And it makes physical sense that the longer it gets, the bigger around it should be for support. I say I am not into gaining girth, but I know in reality, I have to.. Or, like you said, it will be soft, bent, and unattractive.

I tried jelqing years ago, and I never got into it, and really felt afraid of hurting myself.. Too much manual work, and I have had a penile injury before, and that was not something I cared to revisit. I also didn’t feel like I could get it into my day.. The extenders are (mostly) hands free, and do the work passively. That’s not to say I won’t jelq in the future.. But I am conscious of safety, more so now that I have found a successful method than I was years ago.

I do little stretches, but nothing major like a jelq session. I do the “Okay” thumb/forefinger sign around the base, and pull firmly outward, and around for about 10 seconds each, for a few minutes.. It feels good, and I think it actually helps loosen me up.

Update:

Haven’t been using my X4 for a few weeks. If I do use it, it is for an hour or so.. So the gains probably stopped. Trying to get more time in this week.

Added a “wet jelq” today. Let’s see what happens when I do that.

Been doing stretches when ever I have a minute. It is an “anytime/anywhere” thing.

I am really looking to make gains along the top.. So does the angle I wear the X4 at matter?

The issue I have w/ jelqing is it takes too much time.. I just gotta get over it. Lol
