You never know when and how much you gain and it’s occasionally discouraging seeing no gains for a while but I’m sure it all adds up in the end if you keep going while changing things up here and there. I saw Braindrain mention how he never got any girth gains over 2 years but in the end he was 1.5 inches thicker. He definitely had really quick length gains at the same time but I am focused on the bigger picture, specifically the next few years which I’ll stick to my PE rather than how quickly I can get there. I’m just investing in myself by doing PE.

So I haven’t seen any gains for the past 2, 3 months and although I’m wearing it a lot less these days the extended definitely feels less tense as in my dick is now a lot more used to its tension. And I haven’t seen any gains from doing stretching either which I’ve been doing for about 2 months. Perhaps low intensity over a long period of time was what was working initially with the extended for me but what do you guys think I should do? I’m planning on taking a week off in 3 weeks time. I also feel my flaccid feels occasional harder than before. Is that what people call hard flaccid? I just want to keep seeing gains more consistently even if it’s small but I guess persistence plays a big part here. Hopefully I’ll go beyond BPEL 6 soon and over 6.5 eventually. Girth wise I’ll just keep Jelqing and do some squeezes here and there. I won’t be doing clamping until I see some actual girth gains as I don’t want to condition my dick to clamping too early. I also will try a new pump, one that’s got multiple tubes as I see many people recommend start with a much smaller tube than one of those electric penis pumps which only has one tube size which I actually have one.

Decided to take a week to 10 days off as my penis went numb for about 30 mins after wearing my ADS while the silicon cap was half coming off and my grans got kind of darker, I used to feel slight numbness a few times but nothing like this one and I restarted my PE only after taking the next day off and my penis lost a bit of sensitivity, I haven’t done PE in the last 4 days and it’s starting to feel much better and my erections are also getting better. But I’m not going to start again until mid next week or next weekend. Either way I’ll have to start really light and slow. All the stretching I’m doing and a bit of hanging experiment I was doing for a bit a while back and the ADS, all of them were grabbing my penis below the grans, I also started incorporating side to side stretch recently and I was holding quite strongly below the grands. For now I’m thinking about doing light stretching and maybe a bit of ADS only when starting back up. If I I’m going to do any hanging, I’ll hang closer to my base but I’ll need to think about how to do that but for now I need to let it rest and also not to overdo/give too much force when doing PE.

The more I read and see pictures of other people’s penises, I want my unit to be and look much thicker, I only used to want to be longer without knowing my thin girth but I wouldn’t mind getting only to above 6.5 in length if I get to gain my mid girth around to 5.2. I’d have no issues getting BJs or having to worry about going too deep or not being able to put it in all the way with that length. (I know being too big would probably also turn me on at the same time though). I need to remind myself on a regular basis that I’m starting smaller than most people on this forum. 6.5~6.7 x 5.0~5.2 would make me more comfortable and confident as a man for sure. But I need to be more careful about PEing as it takes years of work and it comes with risk. But I know what I want to achieve and I have seen people achieve so I’ll just keep putting in the work.

Did my first session back today, first PE in a week, 5 mins Stretching and 10 mins wet Jelqing with a really light grip, I’ll repeat the same tomorrow and also wear the ADS for maybe an hour to start again. I’m going to do 2 days on and 1 day off for a bit.

Kind of feeling stuck seeing no gains in the past 4 months, In terms of Girth I’ve made zero gains since I started doing PE seriously. I’m going to keep doing but I am also deciding whether to incorporate more exercises such as bundle stretching and clamping for my girth but I have not started those simply because I don’t want them to become ineffective too soon. I’m aiming for both length and girth at the moment but what do you guys think I should do? PE really is a marathon and I know it’s possible but I feel like I need to change a few things up. My length isn’t great but my girth is even worse and I do want to break that barrier and achieve my goals because I do this for myself and actually enjoy doing it, at least it never feels like I’m torturing myself or I need to force myself to do. It occasionally makes me feel discouraged not because it takes effort but because I’m not seeing gains. I still do because I like doing and I have my goals I want to achieve. But any positive comments Would be appreciated!

Did the exact same routine as yesterday today and wore the ADS for a bit over an hour. Been trying to grip my dick more lightly and also I’m exercising more with the mindset of trying to let it grow/stretch rather than making/forcing it to become bigger although that’s essentially what we are doing. But I think it’s important to have that mentality.

I’m in the same boat looking for girth and length. I did the newbie routine for a couple weeks to condition and just started hanging yesterday and clamping as well. Pump is coming in on Monday and I’m going to try to incorporate that in my routine, need to research more.

Thanks for the warm comment, really nice having people who strive to achieve similar goals. And thank you for subscribing to mine I just did subscribe to yours as well! I’m going to get a couple of pumps(probably LA Pump) as the one I have which is electric is too large and I want to work my way up using the smallest cylinder possible. Also I’m going to try doing pumping before stretching and/or Jelqing and most likely the ADS afterwards depending on how my dick is feeling. I’ve always done length first and then girth in my sessions but I suppose doing the other way around having had my dick already expanded using the pump will give me better results both in length and girth. I’ve noticed a lot of big girth gainers initially see minimum expansions in their pumping/clamping sessions but they all eventually started seeing huge expansions (over an inch) over time and eventually they got permanent gains. I’m also not seeing any gains in length at the moment but I’m sure the plan I’ve written above will solve it soon.
