Hi, I started taking my PE journey seriously about 5 months ago and decided to start my own thread. I always thought my length was seriously below average which I guess I was wrong in some way as I realised my girth is only 4 (my starting BPEL was 5.4~5.5 and now I’m around 5.8~5.9 after wearing an ADS consistently for a while.) So really the girth is what’s much more below average. I initially set my goal as reaching BPEL 7 in length but after discovering cubic inches and how girth brings so much more volume to your penis, I’m now aiming to achieve 1~1.25 gains both in length and girth. The big issue with my current girth is not only do I feel small but regular size condoms don’t fit. The only thing I could fit used to be 47mm width condoms but now I can wear 49 mm no problem in fact after pumping I can wear Deluxe 52 mm which is one size down from thier regular size condoms which are 56mm. No doubt being 5~5.25 around will give me a huge confidence boost and I’ll be able to wear regular condoms comfortably. I eat bananas on a daily basis and sometimes measure how thick they are and a lot of them are around 5 inches thick. To me that’s still huge as in I would love to have that much fullness under my pants and I will keep going until I achieve my current goals for both length and girth. I would like to have as much as help and courage from you all and most importantly meet my goals whenever that’s going to happen. I’ll write my routines etc later today in another post.

Thanks for being the first to comment, I didn’t know of this site before purchasing my ADS so I only started off by using that. The very first month I was literally trying to get used to it and I wasn’t giving enough tension to my penis through the extended which I later found I had to pull harder. But after starting to wear with more force, 8 hours a day 6 days a week for a month or two, I got to 5.8, 5.9 in length which is about 0.3 to 0.4 inch of growth. I started incorporating manual stretches as of lately as well as a bit of hanging but haven’t seen any growth for the past 2 month or so. I’m kind of concerned about overtraining but I’m currently doing 5 days on and 2 days off. Length 2 days in a row while girth I’m doing 1 day on 1 day off. But I wear the extender pretty much through all the 5 days. But the hours I’m putting in is a lot less than when I first saw my growth.

All the best with your efforts! We started off at a similar place length wise and you’ve had decent results so far so hopefully things stay on the same track if you stick with it.

Thanks, yeah I’ve been using a rice sock for a while for 10 mins before my workouts, I also once applied it after my girth session and it gave quite a big expansion but temporary (for now anyway)

And I’ve seen your own thread before but never knew you started it 16 years ago I mean I was 10 years old back then that’s some serious dedication. I wouldn’t even PE if I had your starting size but everyone is different and right now I’m focusing on getting to 6.5~6.7 BPEL and 5~5.2 girth. I don’t think I’ll try to reach 7 in length before I meet my girth goal but it seems that definitely for most people girth is harder to gain so I’ll have to see how that goes. A little story I have is that a few months back, a friend of mine showed me his dildo which he bought for his guy friend for his birthday just for the laugh in which the friend refused to take. I actually measured it and It was exactly 7 inches long and it was thick. My dream length would be 7 and girth would be 5.5 but I don’t want to end up discouraging myself by setting my goals way too high so for now gaining 1 in length and girth is my priority. Anyway I just want to say thanks for commenting and please share your experience/tips anytime in this thread!

And anyone who has gained a lot, do you PE standing, sitting down or laying down? Especially when stretching and Jelqing.

I always did manual stretches and jelqs standing.

With pumping and hanging, I sit, but mainly due to the prolonged sessions where interaction isn’t really required.

I saw people say standing is better for different reasons and I’ve always done sitting down. How long have you been peing? Were you already 7x5.5 when you started?

It probably that there’s less body to get in the way when standing!

I guess before I started doing any form of PE I was about 6” x 5”, but this is stretching my memory by a good 15 years and before I did any real measurements.

Honestly the newbie routine and kegels brought it up to a nice size, then plateaued, then I did maintenance for as long as I can remember which was just newbie routine every few months.

I often see people mentioning their dick being sore after a PE session, how much of soreness are they talking about? As in how sore should it be?

I started doing my stretching standing up since last week and also decided to quit Porn entirely as it was getting too much in the way of my life and the impact it’s had over the years is pretty severe, I also restarted wearing the ADS more often once again
