I’m going to get a couple of pumps(probably LA Pump) as the one I have which is electric is too large and I want to work my way up using the smallest cylinder possible. Also I’m going to try doing pumping before stretching and/or Jelqing and most likely the ADS afterwards depending on how my dick is feeling. I’ve always done length first and then girth in my sessions but I suppose doing the other way around having had my dick already expanded using the pump will give me better results both in length and girth. I’ve noticed a lot of big girth gainers initially see minimum expansions in their pumping/clamping sessions but they all eventually started seeing huge expansions (over an inch) over time and eventually they got permanent gains. I’m also not seeing any gains in length at the moment but I’m sure the plan I’ve written above will solve it soon.

Mine is like a dull ache. Not painful, you just know you had a good workout. Newbie so I don’t know if that’s the right thing or not.

I’m going to keep hanging with heat first for length, pump for length and girth, and clamp for girth. At least that’s how it works in my mind. Will stretch and jelq before hanging. All of this will be done super slow, I can’t afford an injury with my wife’s libido, lol.

I would get rid of the jelqing prior to hanging and use it to condition after a hanging session. Slow, mid stress jelqs. Nothing serious. Just tissue relaxation after hanging.

Stretching before hanging sounds logical and can be used as your warm up routine

Did a 40 min pump session today and I‘d never measured after pumping so I decided to measure after coming out of the tube and I was 4.5 mid shaft which is a 0.5 expansion (temporary). I was quite surprised and also very happy to see! I’ve got a few good expansions previously with my pumping and today I definitely felt my unit became much fuller but didn’t expect it to have that much expansion even only for an hour or two. Length wise I’m still around 5.8~5.9 and perhaps I’m going through a plateau but I was again reminded that reaching 6.5 is a somewhat realistic but still challenging goal to achieve but I know I’ll get there and my unit will look much better once I’m there. I won’t be thinking about anything beyond that until I get there but girth wise, if I gain an inch permanently, I’d technically be able to hit 5.5 which is my dream girth with the pumping. I still need to figure out what works best to gain in girth and I’ll be trying various things but not clamping yet. Also I’ve been doing random exercises in random order since I got back to PEing last week. This is because I frequently see people talking how important it is to make your penis guess. I do have a routine of some sort but doing it this way might break my plateau and also lead to some noticeable gains soon. While pumping today, I had to put on some porn to stay hard which ideally I’d like to have avoided as it’s easy to get carried away but that’s also something I will try and improve step by step. I don’t jerk off using porn anymore which is amazing but coming off of it completely certainly requires more discipline. Well having sex will solve that issue fast but I’m not yet in a position where I get chicks easily not just because of my size but financially, physically and mentally well everything haha, but I’m thinking long-term with this PE and self development thing in general. 3~5 years down the line if I really commit and put in the work, I’ll surprise myself with how much I will have grown.

Also I’m going to purchase two LA Pumps maybe in October or something with perhaps a heat pad yes that’s how Titleist pumps according to his progress thread, and since the extender was what was initially working for me I’ll try and wear more hours but I’ll still keep my stretching/Jelqing routine with a gentle grip. I’ve also done a bit of hanging again and I’m not going to do excessively unless my plateau keeps happening but for now I’ll be doing things more randomly than before.
