I’m in the same boat looking for girth and length. I did the newbie routine for a couple weeks to condition and just started hanging yesterday and clamping as well. Pump is coming in on Monday and I’m going to try to incorporate that in my routine, need to research more.Hang in there man. I’m going to subscribe to your thread so I can follow along.
Thanks for the warm comment, really nice having people who strive to achieve similar goals. And thank you for subscribing to mine I just did subscribe to yours as well! I’m going to get a couple of pumps(probably LA Pump) as the one I have which is electric is too large and I want to work my way up using the smallest cylinder possible. Also I’m going to try doing pumping before stretching and/or Jelqing and most likely the ADS afterwards depending on how my dick is feeling. I’ve always done length first and then girth in my sessions but I suppose doing the other way around having had my dick already expanded using the pump will give me better results both in length and girth. I’ve noticed a lot of big girth gainers initially see minimum expansions in their pumping/clamping sessions but they all eventually started seeing huge expansions (over an inch) over time and eventually they got permanent gains. I’m also not seeing any gains in length at the moment but I’m sure the plan I’ve written above will solve it soon.
