First of all I’ll like to give details about my previous PE experience.
Like any other man out here I’ve always wondered if there’s a way to increase my manhood without the cost of an arm and a leg, and initially I ended up on subreddit about PE and found out about jelqing, after couple more clicks I found out about this forum and not only. I tried PE for like a week and I was disappointed, that was like 5-6 months ago, tried it for a week and gave up on it, I had the “I want the results but not the hard work” type of mentality, I had couple more thought about it throughout this period but never put my hands to work, after reflecting for a while I said “fuck it” this must be a sing, all this information haven’t arised in front of my screen for no reason, I’m going turn my dream into reality, at the end of the day an idea without action it’s just a dream, it’s the consistent work that turns a dream into reality, so I’m going to do I’m ready to be 100% committed to PE, no matter if it will take couple of weeks, months, 1 year or 2.

Currently I’ve been on for over a week now but I’ve been a bit eager, nothing to extreme, I was trying to run before I could even walk, so far I haven’t injured myself, most likely because I religiously followed the warmup before and after every session, today I had another session and decided to give my dick 2 days of rest before I’ll start with the newbie routine for at least 2 months.

Stats: NBPEL 6” | BPEL 6.5” | EG 5.1”

Goals: NBPEL 7.25”
BPEL 7.75” (estimation based on my current stats)
EG: 5.5”

The first week of my PE routine consisted of:
Warmup followed by 300 S2S stretches + 100 seconds of rotary and additional 300 wet Jelqs then cool down.

I also considered to stop smoking once and for all and include fish oil, ginkgo and amino acids in my diet + high protein


Stats (21.09.2021): NBPEL: 6" | BPEL: 6.7" | BPFSL: 7" | MSEG: 5"

GOALS: NBPEL 7.75” | EG 5.5” | FL 5.2-5.5”

I started 4 Jan this year. I committed the year 2021 to gaining 1 inch. So far, so good. I expect it to take the entire year to gain +-1 inch.

Thanks for the welcoming 5.5Squared, I’m gonna take some pictures on my 2nd day of rest (Sunday Morning) for documenting purposes, although it’s been a week since I jumped on the band wagon it’s too early for any visible gains, I’m gonna keep those for myself until my next measurement (19th of July) and I’m willing not to take anymore purely because I don’t wanna discourage myself and I strongly believe growth occurs when you don’t look too much into it, just like hair and nails, if you don’t obsess over it, it happens “overnight”

Well, let me start by saying I’m quite disappointed I haven’t stick to my PE since my last post. Good news, I found motivation and I’m ready to give it another try, but somehow I’m glad I did so because I was doing too much to early instead of gradually increase the time / effort , I managed to take a couple of pictures with my current stats and I’ll continue to do so for the next couple of days to track down my EL / BPEL / MSEG & BPFSL. Also meanwhile I purchased a couple of tools (Power Assist, Jelq device a hanger a handful of weight). I’ll take couple more pictures until the end of the week to see the fluctuation of my EQ and have the most accurate stats about my penis

Hey 7.25 - no worries. It’s okay…sometimes necessary to take a “water break”, just so long as you get back in the game!

I would like the reiterate the importance of the newbie routine, for learning the tension, force and time that has an impact and the type of impact. It’s great that you took pictures, photo evidence of where you started is crucial to identifying gains and providing on-going motivation to keep going.

Thanks for the kind message Damian, I’ll definitely stick to the newbie routine first and gradually increase the force / time as I’m getting deeper into this, for now I’ll take couple more pictures and do as much research as I can, I got bare free time as I’m not overwhelmed by work and all the privacy I need in order to PE!

Just finished my 2nd day.

Workout consisted in 5 minutes warmup followed by ~70 jelqs using a jelq device, I prefer it this way as I don’t have to get my hands dirty (dry jelqing) and I don’t have to retract my foreskin every stroke 5 minutes of manual stretching each direction with 50 additional S2S & 1 minute of rotary stretches or helicopter shakes whatever you would like to call them. And nonetheless cool down as I’m writing this post while doing some kegels

For sure I will, just finished the 3rd day same as yesterday, now I’ll have tomorrow off as I want every Sunday as a rest day for various reasons.

One thing I’ve noticed that happens when I do S2S stretches is that I get a semi-erection, I’d say somewhere between 40-60% which it’s great as I don’t need to use porn to stimulate myself before I jump into dry jelqing using the device I purchased from aliexpress for about £10. I’m also going to keep a track of my weekly workouts in a notebook and post it here every Sunday which I’ll take as a compulsory rest day no matter what.

It’s been a while since my last post, I had to take a break from all PE activities due to some unexpected guests for the past 2 weeks, long story short I had no privacy, the only time I had privacy was after midnight, but I was exhausted after work and I couldn’t risk being caught playing with my penis in the living room at 2 AM, so here we go again. PE routine restarted on the 14.07.21, just finished day 2 (for the 5th time since December 2020….)
