Just Starting - Is My Goal Realistic?

Newbie here. I am doing a beginner routine through Big Al. I am hopeful but at the same time, want to know if you all think my goals are at all realistic.

I am currently:

BPEL 5.5”; EG 4.0”
BPSFL 5.0”; FG 3 1/8

I would like to get to BPEL of 7.0” and a EG of 5.0. Is this realistic? I am worried about the girth. That is a 1” increase I am seeking.

Appreciate any insights. I have a lot of anxiety about this; feel borderline desperate, so I am very motivated to make this work.

It all depends on the timeframe you expect your goals to be fulfilled.
1.5inch can take 1.5-3 years in my opinion, if you are consistent.

If you add the girth factor, could take another year.

But ultimately you have to be ready for frustration too, because often you will see no results and if you get discouraged and lose consistency, then it will never happen.

To be honest I think the girth will be easier for you. I had a lot of early success increasing my girth, but my length took a lot more dedication and even then it’s been minimal. Take a look around the website on clamping exercises and jelq techniques. I’ve had a lot of success with “clamping” for girth. I say “clamping” because technically it was done with a string from basketball shorts, but it had the same effect.

Thanks for the responses. You want length before girth though, is that correct?

It’s not a rule really. Its just tougher to stretch a thicker penis. I believe this only refers to tunica gains rather than ligament gains tho. I started at a similar size as you and have gained both simultaneously. Following the newbie routine you should gain both
