Hello Penis Pullers and Inquisitive Queens,

My name is Justalilbit. Well, it is when I’m here.

Aside from wasting a couple of weeks, here and there, using a Penomet hydropump, I’ve stretched and jelqed without warming up or down. Therefore, I’m rather new to consistent or effective PE. This nonsensical behaviour was a number of years ago however, and did eventually lead me here, to Thunder’s Place.

I asked for information about my negative PIs in the forums, and had the newbie routine recommended to me, left, right, and center. I couldn’t be more pleased with my progress so far, so thanks again to those of you that preached the word of the phallus gods.

Enough about me; more about my penis.

I weighed in at a cool 7.5 x 5 (BPEL x MSEG) and had a fat pad of around an inch, so I was showing about 6.5 with NBPEL.

I followed the newbie routine closely, and read as much about PE in the forums as I could.

I edge a lot, and edge sometimes with a homemade cockring, one that’s not overly tight. I edge on my days off as well. One more thing I do that strays slightly from the newbie routine is, I tightly grip the base of my penis with one hand, and squeeze below the head with the other. I do this at the end of my routine, after jelqing and before warming down. I do this for only 1 minute.

It’s been 17 days so far, and I’m currently 7.625 x 5.25 (perhaps slightly thicker).

My erection quality has improved immensely.

I will be following the newbie routine for at least 2-3 months. I hope to increase my girth to 5.75 as an end goal at this point, which will be followed by maintenance. I haven’t got a time constraint. I’ll just keep chugging along until I get there. My length doesn’t bother me really, so whatever that comes out to be is fine. 8 x 5.75 or so would be nice, but 7.625 x 5.75 would be just as nice for me. I’m happy with my length as is, so I think I’ll be done with it when I reach my girth goal.

You’ve got a good reason to be happy about your length beucase it is just too long. Unfortunately your girth didn’t keep it up, just like happened naturally to me.

But we can get there, no problems, just solutions.

Cheers! Yep, my girth gains in the past 17 days have been 2x my length gains, so with any luck, this will continue and it will even out. And you sure are right; we can both get there! Keep it up and I’ll see you about.

Gains have slowed since the initial .25 inch jump in girth after my first 2 weeks, but I seem to be making progress, albeit slower, still. My flaccid is noticeably heavier and longer.

My routine at this point consists of:

5 min warm up
5 min stretch (30 seconds each way x 2)
15 min jelqing (3 min x 5)
15 min edging with cock ring, followed by 15 min with cock ring to stay engorged
5 min warm down

Done! Then I’ll usually edge 1 more time in an hour or so (without cock ring).

I’m following 2 on, 1 off, and have been doing the newbie routine since 9 Jan.

Any thoughts and input would be greatly appreciated, as I’m still learning. But I’ve been very careful and watched my PIs closely. This seems to be the best expansion and PI result I can get at the moment.

Your routine is stable and simple. You’re getting good Physiological Indicators. There is nothing to recommend or change, until something you don’t want to happen occurs or until you stop gaining.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

The squeeze you talk about is the same one I do for adding girth. I just squeeze full force while being 100% erect. I will not recommend this to newbies, because it is really intense. I hold the squeeze for 20 seconds to 30 seconds depending where I’m at conditioning wise. But it does add good girth.

Okay. I don’t squeeze at full force. I haven’t had any issues with the exercise yet, so I’ll continue for now with it. Thanks for the info, New Chapter.

Short update:

Still consistent with the newbie routine. Basically, newbie routine + a few squeezes afterwards, and then edge for 15 minutes with a cock ring before warming down. On two occasions, I’ve followed this by doing 10 minutes of very light suction in the Penomet (literally just enough pressure that it will stay on). I do this as more of a temp size novelty than a part of my routine, as it will give me a good .25-.375 inch or more temp size.

I edge 2 or 3 more times throughout the day (unless I don’t have time) to fill out my temp gains again and perhaps improve EQ. I find that when I edge multiple times, my temp gains stick around longer, and my theory is that it helps with turning them into real gains.

My dramatic size gains after two weeks stopped abruptly, and I’m now in what seems to be more of a ‘normal’ gain tempo. I still measure multiple times a day to keep tabs on my temp gains but I don’t take the measurements seriously as real gains.

I’ll probably measure again in 4 weeks, after 8 weeks PE in total, and see where I’m at. Though, it does seem like I’m making slow (relatively speaking) but steady gains and I’m very happy with where it’s going. Feeling much thicker, which is what I’m mostly after.

I gained a few kg and my fat pad has increased, so I seem to only be showing about 6.3 inches of my 7.6+ inch erection. I’m fine with this too, as it still feels plenty long enough. I don’t want anything over 8.5 inches long term, and especially not before my girth is over 5.5 inches, so I’ve continued with only 5 minutes stretching. I may start to increase this slowly to 10 to get a bit more length. I think my current long term goal is about 7.75 x 5.75, but I’m honing in on 5.5 MSEG right now.

Currently: 7.625+ x 5.25+ BPEL x MSEG

Stretched a little longer today. 7 mins instead of 5. Thought I might get some length out before it gets a bit harder to do as I get more girth.

The underside of my shaft, around the mid section has a bit of discolouration, as in darkness. Nothing major but I will take note for my next session in 2 days, as I may have jelqed or squeezed a bit too hard. I will watch my PIs over the next couple of days closely, but it appears to be appearance only.

I did also get some dark spots near the base of my penis, on the undside yesterday. I think it’s because I really focused on getting expansion from jelqs and squeezes as far back as I could, by gripping as close to the pubic bone as possible, and going further back on the underside. Because I don’t usually do that, I don’t think the underside base of my penis was very used to the expansion and therefore, got a few spots. EQ etc is fine. I will monitor it but otherwise not worry.

Measured 7.75 x 5.25-5.33, so I’ll take 5.25 as I prefer to err on the side of caution. After the first 17 days or so, girth gains seem to have slowed right down, and length caught up. So, .25 inch gain in both so far.

My next goal is 8x5.5. I want to get that 8 inch length before I make it much harder with girth gains. I started clamping two days ago. 3x10 min. I will take a rest tomorrow, then try a new routine:

5 min warm
10 min manual stretch
3x10 min clamp
5 min warm

My EQ has suffered because of the porn I’ve used in my routines lately. So, I’m gonna take jelqing out for the time being and try to stimulate myself for clamping. I do have a prescription for viagra which I may pick up. It’s quite expensive though, but it helps me get great girth sessions. My ED is caused by medication for bipolar.

Originally, I wanted the ‘ideal penis size’ as mentioned in firegoat’s signature. I think it was 7.7x5.7, but after much thought, I’d like something more like 8x6. This is at max erection, for example, right before orgasm. So, with a lesser erection it might be around 7.7x5.7. I want to feel like it’s big even if it’s not rock hard.

How about you cut out the porn and keep the jelqing?

I’d love to, but I can’t seem to get or keep an erection for it. Perhaps I could pick up my viagra prescription and try jelqing without porn.

I feel like my gains have stalled with jelqing, but after thinking about it, it’s probably because my EQ has dropped after a month or so of consistent porn.

Also, I was excited to see that you had responded to my thread, Titleist. I do a lot of reading here and I’ve seen a lot of posts by you!
