Alright! Decided to give PE a go again. I started at the end of last year (September) and got on the newbie routine for about two weeks. Unfortunately, this was a super busy point in the semester for me so I ended up dropping it. I never really bothered to pick up where I had left off because life kinda got crazy and, well, I had about as much motivation as I did sleep (none). My sex life was also in a bit of a dry spell and as a result I just didn’t care enough to stick with it regularly. My situation’s changed a bit now though, and I’ve found the time and the motivation to start a regimen again.

At the same time, I remembered back to when I bought and used a cock pump as a gag gift for a friend in high school and it blew my mind. After reading a few threads on here I decided it would be worth the investment and went ahead and bought my own- that was almost two weeks ago. So I’m gonna go from here and see where it takes me!

My current starting stats are:

BPEL: 7.0
MEG: 5.0

Long-term Goals:

BPEL: 8.0
MEG: 6.0

I’m currently experimenting to find the right balance between jelqs, stretching and pumping. When I get it sorted out I’ll be sure to throw it down below.

I saw on my thread you mention you want to go for length before girth, so I’d recommend focusing on stretching alone first and foremost. You can still do light pumping if you feel you’re conditioned enough just for fun, but it likely won’t do much. I combined bathmate use with stretching when I gained my first half inch, but that length was likely from the stretching.

Stretches, especially angled stretches that target individual ligs, fulcrum stretches that use two hands to focus on pulling the tunica and ligs separately, and general stretches in all directions, is definitely your best bet.

Go at it, stay consistent, and use heat!

Thanks for the welcome, and yeah definitely! I’m still trying to hammer out the specifics of my routine right now so focusing heavily on stretching sounds like a good start. I’m using a thin cylinder (pretty much packing it already) to try to mitigate girth gains and give my dick some extra tugging and bloodflow. Plus like you said, they’re a lot of fun to use!

Routine 1.0

Okay, so I think I’ve settled on a routine moving forward. Seeing as I’m into my third week of pumping/PE and haven’t experienced any negative PIs so far, I’m feeling pretty comfortable keeping that in my regimen. I’ve also done a little searching and managed to dig up an awesome gem about length gain routines, so I’ve decided to integrate that with avocet8’s pumping 101 suggestion and the newbie routine (which I’ve been using thus far). The result looks like this:

5 min heating
10-20 min stretching (mix of rotor stretch and BTC)
15-20 min pumping at ~5-6 Hg in a 1.75" cylinder
50 jelqs
5 min BTC/straight down stretching
5 minutes of heat

The jelqs, 5 minutes of stretching and last 5 mins of heat I typically do in the shower so I can get continuous hot water directly where I want it. I tried this for the first time last night and although there are a good number of exercises in this routine, none of them are overly strenuous. I think that’s the key: you can either do a lot of one thing of a little of a couple things. When I was done I was definitely sore, but that was gone by the time I went to bed and I was already popping a hard-on again.

Right now I’m working with a 5 on 2 off schedule, but I might tweak that one way or another as I move forward with this. As always, I always appreciate thoughts/advice/feedback! Let me know what you guys think.
