Taking today with no PE, Sunday, the day of rest.

Recording weight for the first time. 222.8 lbs. Probably actually happy with it between 205 and 210.

First, weight at 222.6. That’s not huge progress, but it still feels like a win because I was running decisions through thinking about weighing in again in the morning. It was easier to pass on extra desserts and such with that in mind.

Okay, so big day for me because a) it was measurements day and b) I took my first full day off PE yesterday in weeks. I keep reading about gains from a break, but haven’t directly taken one. I’ve just used light days when I felt extra tired.

5 minute pump
1 minute uli (instant petichiae, which had gone away with the day off yesterday.)
50 jelqs
1 minute uli

And then I measured. I understand it’s extra from right after the workout, but last time I measured was, too, so it’s consistent.

With a kegel, I could pulse and get my BPEL to hit 8". Was around 7.5" without the flex. MEG was at 5.5". I’m ecstatic. I don’t remember either exact stats for where I started (7.25/.5 and 5.25 maybe?) or for my goal (pretty sure I said 5.75 but don’t recall length) but this is a big jump. I’ll go update my stats shortly. I have to credit the only new exercise for me, pumping, with the speed of the progress. The real question is whether I’ll be able to scale back to a maintenance level if I hit goal. Need to, but this is fun!

Got my last set in tonight at 50 jelqs. No uli, trying to moderate the spotting. But that’s still 200 points today, which is the goal at present. Had a good day today. Y’all be easy.

BTW have you tried pumping before clamping? I would think that’s better than clamping before pumping?

So far I have done the uli after whatever other thing. It’s basically a shorter manual clamp, but I’ve either pumped and then uli or jelq and then uli. TenaciousD has the opposite approach, clamp first. But I haven’t tried it yet.

The biggest challenge with ADS so far is discretion. I am full stealth and in a corporate office 5 days a week. I have almost all boxer briefs or pouch, none of which is conducive to a stretch (or at least a hanger. I guess it could be possible to use something that was some different form of traction inside the briefs.)

220.4 this morning. That’s progress. Frustrating because I had good EQ this morning but dogs were riotous. I’m the first up, but since I kinda have to sneak off to do anything, if the dogs aren’t behaving and someone gets up to deal with them it blows the whole deal.

Anyway, no pumping today. Did 50 jelqs and a 1 minute ULI. 75 points.

I can be happy about the weight, though.

Well, 50 jelqs and a 1 minute ULI tonight. 75 points, 150 on the day. Not what I’d like but I’m dead tired.

222.0 today. Found a small abrasion on the shaft. Morning off, some topical ointment. Need that to heal up and not get infected. Still good weight progress.

221.6 today. Back down a little. Ice cream is not good for me but it’s good.

Pumped this morning for 1x5, then a 1 minute ULI. Probably almost an hour later, got 50 jelqs and a minute ULI. Goat rolls after. 150 points and a decent start to the day.

There is a tutorial video here on basic ADS where a wrap is used.
The video shows the penis being stretched and then tightly wrapped, I mainly use it after hanging to prevent turtling.
The only con being that peeing is a nightmare, imagine taking off the whole wrap just to pee?

220.2 this morning. Almost back to the best day of the week on weight.

Yay! Circumstances have allowed me to get privacy during the day, a true rarity. 5 minutes pumped, 1 minute uli. 75 points, 225 for the day.

Didn’t get almost anything in over the weekend and didn’t weigh until this morning. 223 even. Up over a week ago. Bad weekend eating to blame. I don’t even drink.

Gotta rush to work so no PE this morning. Guh.

For the weight loss, is there an exercise program or just controlling the intake?
