First, weight at 222.6. That’s not huge progress, but it still feels like a win because I was running decisions through thinking about weighing in again in the morning. It was easier to pass on extra desserts and such with that in mind.
Okay, so big day for me because a) it was measurements day and b) I took my first full day off PE yesterday in weeks. I keep reading about gains from a break, but haven’t directly taken one. I’ve just used light days when I felt extra tired.

And then I measured. I understand it’s extra from right after the workout, but last time I measured was, too, so it’s consistent.
With a kegel, I could pulse and get my BPEL to hit 8". Was around 7.5" without the flex. MEG was at 5.5". I’m ecstatic. I don’t remember either exact stats for where I started (7.25/.5 and 5.25 maybe?) or for my goal (pretty sure I said 5.75 but don’t recall length) but this is a big jump. I’ll go update my stats shortly. I have to credit the only new exercise for me, pumping, with the speed of the progress. The real question is whether I’ll be able to scale back to a maintenance level if I hit goal. Need to, but this is fun!
