Yo lit you should try to not eat in the morning, just a coffee, because breakfast is a scam. Also try quitting ALL foods with SUGAR, you won’t even have to work out.

And I recommend you do pelvic floor exercises, huge boost for hip thrusting during sex

I know that I can drop if I go back to intermittent fasting. Was going for "improved conscientiousness and accountability may, all by itself, trigger enough behavior change to get results." My breakfast is usually a vegan protein shake and powdered greens blend, it’s not the issue. Ice cream is the issue.

Got some solo time this evening, 2 rounds of a 5 minute pump followed by 1 minute ULI. 150 points.

Also, more a qualitative thing, but PIs have been good, and I’m generally happier with the way my dick feels. Both in terms of density (increased) but also texture. There’s a shift in how it looks and feels lately that I like.

I have a grappling gym I get to a couple days a week that is plenty of work. It’s the diet that’s more out of control.

Did get the same in today. The pumping takes longer and isn’t so easy to instantly stop and have basically no evidence, so I need more privacy and time, but I do miss it. Hopefully some time this weekend.

150 points this morning. Jelq and uli, as has been the habit lately. Would really like to get more pumping in, but I’m doing what I can. If nothing else, I have vacation (staycation) coming in another week and then I’ll get some time when people are out without me.

Did 50 jelqs this afternoon and finished with a horse 440 variation. I used to do squeezes at the base and add behind the glans, and I always felt like they were high-power. The biggest thing I’ve seen in reading is that people are getting serious discolorations, and Horse himself said he is uncut and was actually rolling down his foreskin vs. from the glans itself. I’m cut, so I need to manage for that factor. I never had discoloration from the squeezes, although I did get petichiae, which are generally a negative PI for me. Any more than very light and I back off for a few days to clear up entirely.

Anyway, I did the jelqs and then 2x 30s with a kinda slide down from the glans but not painfully hard.

I do think that 425 (slightly less than 440- ha ha) is more intense than a normal squeeze from the base only. If a 60s squeeze is usually 25 points, this should be more, but I’ll wait to assign a value until I have a better feel for the stress it causes. Maybe 45 or even 50, based on feeling kinda worn even from 2x30s.

In which case, somewhere from 75-100 points this afternoon and 225-250 overall for the day. Time management and healthy PI remain top priority, not max points.

Adding to say… I do have some spotting from the squeezes, so they won’t be a daily part of the routine. Also it looks like a fire hydrant. Short and fat. Will have to get more intentional with the stretches vs girth work.

Late posting it but I had a 5 minute pump and 50 jelqs this morning. Took the morning off from any squeezes of any sort. Feel like I should go back to square zero and start looking at length-specific options. It seems like it takes so much more work time to get length, and time is a precious commodity. I need to find a way to start implementing some kind of hanger or elastic to the knee or something unless someone has a true manual stretch I can either do in tiny windows during the day or else in a pretty short window (5-7 minutes) of focused time.

Got 50 more jelqs tonight. 150 points on the day. Maybe I’ll find a way to include heat soon, too.
