Turtled less than usual after workout. Stayed engorged longer. Looked thick. Maybe light jelqs might be good?

They were lighter than usual but I’ll post how my unit reacts tomorrow

I woke up twice this morning. One time with morning wood and one time without so idk… I remember having a good EQ either last night or today, so that’s a plus

-rest day, and woke up with a nice hard morning wood. I’d say an EQ about 9

I’m honestly going for both. But if I had to choose one..length.

I always look at my length before my girth.

I do want more girth also, that’s why I use the bathmate because I’ve read it’s better for girth than length.

Day 118

-rest day and pleasured myself.

I’m going to start referring that to getting or having “action”

So I have noticed whenever I get action my EQ drops if it’s a rest day. But if I do it hours after I do my PE my EQ is good. I will start sticking to only getting action on days I do PE. Tomorrow will most likely consist of jelqs and stretches

Oh. Well I have seen good gains with stretches and jelq at between 60 and 80% erect. I only use manuals. I usually work on my length until my penis starts to look a bit thin for me, then I would bump up my jelqing routine and jelq at 100% erect and put a few squeezes in for more gains in the girth department. It work wonders for me. Just keep doing what works for you though. I gain way faster that others. So I just do what I do.

Day 119

-8 minute warm up

-3 minutes of stretching

-120 light jelqs that were slower than usual

-6 minute warm down.

I don’t think I did it tight enough for my jelqs because I didn’t get that “thick” post jelq. But I did it at a 40-50% erection so we’ll see my hang and EQ for the day

Day 120

-I’m gonna make today a rest day because I did not wake up with morning wood. Though, when I did reach an erection it looked big so I was happy
